Bathroom:
One full-sized bathroom is available on the 2nd floor of the property with basic amenities provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and toothbrush kit) Hair dryer is supplied. Equipped with Water-Softening System.

Living space:
Our living room is in the center of the home with enough room for large gatherings and is equipped with a 55” Smart TV with streaming channels Netflix, Hulu, amazon, Disney Plus etc.

Kitchen/dining area:
A chef’s kitchen with plenty of room for all your cooking needs. Drawers are fully equipped with kitchen gadgets and utensils for guests to cook and serve up the most delicious meals! The kitchen dining seats four comfortably. Other appliances provided include: microwave, hot water kettle, and toaster.

Backyard:
As you exit the kitchen side door, the patio area provides privacy fencing. Seating is available on an outdoor dining table for the perfect outdoor dining experience.

Garage:
The garage is available for guest use with capacity for 1 vehicle and available Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger. *Bring your own charging cable*

Guests have full access to the property and additional parking in the garage with EV charger. There is ample parking on the driveway and garage for up to 3 vehicles. STREET PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED.

Convenient

This cute little house was close to park and a short drive from Bricktown. The house was charming and clean but did retain some smell of having been smoked in regularly. The beds were comfy, linens were clean, and all appliances worked well. We enjoyed our stay!

Hi Karmen! We're so sorry to hear there was a lingering smoke odor in the home. We take a strict no-smoking policy very seriously. Unfortunately, a previous guest left a door open while smoking outside, which seems to have caused the issue. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Oklahoma Stay

Came to Oklahoma City for work and family came to stay with me. Check in process very good, property had a funny smell when we entered and the air was not on. The neighborhood was decent but on day 2 we were approached by police in the neighborhood that were looking for a suspect in a crime that happened across the street.Felt safe the whole time but definitely on edge a bit. Outside of that everything was as listed
