Animaux acceptés avec cour clôturée sécurisé pour les animaux. Ma femme et moi vivons sur la face A du duplex, face B est la location. Nous allons vous fournir avec des plats, serviettes, literie un téléviseur 50 pouces. Nous avons également un parking couvert et d'un couvert à l'arrière porche avec une nouvelle porte latérale

Awesome place, awesome location

Very nice place and the hosts were both very nice. The neighborhood is great and a short drive or uber ride to downtown which was perfect!

Off street parkingSnacks, breakfast items, and refrigerator basics were provided. That was a wonderful surprise!Neighborhood was close to downtown and many other places we visited.

Great place to stay. Nice and quiet. I was able to bring my fur baby with me, and the private yard was perfect. We felt comfortable and safe.

Great Stay

Stayed for just over 2 months, and it was an amazing experience! Hosts were super helpful and always timely. Helped us fall in love with Austin! Would definitely stay here again! Fridge was stocked when we arrive, and yard was frequently groomed. Had two dogs and they completely understood! Great experience!!!!!

Comfortable and convenient

My husband and I stayed here with our pup for a month upon moving back to Austin while house hunting. It was extremely comfortable, and convenient to our favorite neighborhoods of the city. The kitchen was well stocked so it was like staying in a home. Plenty of space, and a very nice deck and yard!

MotoGP

We come to Austin every year for the MotoGP races. This place was central to most everything, easy to get to and comfortable. Our hosts were very pleasant. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Cozy little spot

Overall everything was good. The house is a bit old and had a distinct smell. The owners was very friendly and welcoming. Everything we needed was provided.

Amazing Stay

I stayed here for the summer while working in Austin and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The owners are amazing and had the fridge full of food and drinks! They were super quick with responding and helping with anything I needed! They even looked out for my packages when I wasn’t there to get them.

Perfect Home Away From Home!

Stay here if you’re visiting Austin! I booked Maggie and Sherry’s place for a month and they made me feel so welcomed! The house has everything you could possibly need. It’s cozy and clean and in such a great location. And the backyard was a little piece of heaven for my dog! I’ll be visiting Austin again later this year and will definitely try to book again here!

Austin visit

Maggie and Sherry were very good hosts, responsive to any questions we had. We were comfortable and felt safe with covered and lighted parking. The location was very handy to Lady Bird Lake and downtown Austin. While the duplex is older, we had what we needed, including a quiet covered deck in back to read and watch the birds and squirrels. We also took walks in the neighborhood and felt safe. We would stay there again

simply marvelous

It's all been EASY! Location is central and easy to get anywhere. The facilities are clean, comes stocked with basics and is quiet - I know, I have dogs with me who are more than happy to bark at every noise - yet they have been quiet themselves. Well worth the cost and efforts.

Nice Rental

I stayed here for work over the summer. The place was clean and within a good commuting distance from where I worked. The owners had left snacks for the first night that I arrived. The check-in/out process was easy and the owners were always available for any issues that may have come up.

Convenient location to COTA and airport. Maggie was a great host. Friendly and helpful. House was stocked with drinks, snacks and toiletries. Would stay here again.

Had a really amazing time, Maggie and Sherry are super accommodating hosts and the house is great, everything you could ask for in a place to stay. Would 100% book again to stay here in the future

Not a good experience with Maggie.

I will make sure if you bring dogs to have her approved it. I had requested bringing two dogs and at the property she said I did not. I told her that I had it in writing. Also, loud music from neighbors until 5:30 am on the weekends. We did not have any sleep. We left 3 days earlier than expected. I never write bad reviews but this time I had no choice.

Nice patio

There were some great things about this property, roomy, very nice patio, fridge was full of snacks and drinks. The neighborhood was not what I would have chosen, a little on the run down side. The property was convenient to our daughters and south Austin attractions though.
