Only here for an overnight but would love to stay again! The property was spotless, well equipped and location was stellar. We enjoyed both the fire pit and hot tub and just note that the pics don’t do the property justice! Bryan was very accommodating and quick to communicate! We’ve rented all over the globe and this rated top 5!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The hot tub was very fun and huge kitchen table was nice for our family. It was conveniently located and well cleaned before our arrival. We recommend this fun spot in Newport.

Great house to spend the weekend in. The weather was lousy but the house provided the perfect place for our girls weekend together. Our host was very responsive but no issues arose during our stay. Favorite feature of the house was the large dining table and kitchen!

This property is great for a girls trip! Location is close to beaches and away from town traffic. Bryan was very responsive and the check in process was extremely easy. We had plenty of bath and beach towels and loved spending time in the common areas - living room, dining area, backyard patio.

Quick trip

In town for daughter's graduation. Was only there for sleeping but was comfortable. Near stores for breakfast food. Decent overall experience (we had to take shoes off which didn't bother me but my 75 year old mom wasn't happy)

Close to Newport but…

The stay was fine. We were barely there as we were at the folk fest all three days but there were several issues that needed addressing during our stay which was not really what you want when you expect a nice big functional house. We did spend thousands of dollars after all. The house was not very clean when we arrived and there was a strong sewer odor coming from the main bathroom. Apparently there was some sort of water softener issue that needed to be addressed twice during our 4 night stay. There was also evidence of mouse activity while we were there. The tv remotes were all dead. The power was out in the front of the house when we got there too. The owner was relatively quick to respond and did try to address everything but it seems with this many issues they need to take a step back and consider their process before the next stay.

Hi Christopher, I am sorry that you had an issue. We do a thorough cleaning before and after, and had pictures to show it as well. We do not however, clean during the stay. The food left out may have attracted unwanted guests. As mentioned, all the issues were addressed very quickly and I appologize that your time was less than optimal.

The location and home was perfect for our family! The host was extremely responsive and very helpful (and proactive) on providing local eating recommendations! The living areas were spacious and the kitchen had high grade appliances. We were pleased all around! Thank you.
