This property was beautiful. Very clean. The location was centrally located and the host was extremely helpful. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a stay in CapeCoral.

Did not stay walked into the room and saw black and white mold on the carpet. And rust in the bathrooms it was very dirty and I have a mast cell disorder cannot be around mold!!! Took pics and videos and sent to VRBO right away. And asked for a refund withing 15 minutes of checking the room out

Place sis not look like the picture on the website....room wasn't very nice and then unfortunately there was mold in the room so it made my asthma kick in....but the people that worked there were extremely nice about everything and did agree to give me a partial refund since I couldn't stay there

The good… Check in was quick and easy. Room had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. The bad…. My room was next to their laundry room. The noise of the washers and dryers woke me up well before my alarm was set to go off on Saturday morning. The room itself is humid, to the point condensation collected on the trash bags in the trash cans. Everything felt damp. Finally the shower head was so clogged only about half the spray came out.

The pictures paint a different idea of what this place is. It’s in a crappy part of town, with what seemed like street people hanging in the lobby. It’s an extended stay hotel. Grimy lobby, I walked into the room and right back out. I could have gotten better accommodations in a tent

Having been here once before, I only have one criticism regarding the room. The smoke alarm kept chirping every 5 min or so. Not that it was the front desk's fault, but knowing that it was a dying 9-volt battery, she did not have a fresh stock of batteries lying around. Fortunately, she found one battery available. Unfortunately, to no avail the second battery was just as bad, as the smoke alarm still continued to chirp intermittently. I brought the entire alarm down from the ceiling and removed both batteries. Overall, the room was immaculately clean and well organized. I would love to come back again at my next opportunity!
