The house was comfortable and plenty of room. Pet friendly. There was plenty of activities at the house, kayaks, fishing, outdoor seating. We loved the patio equipped with darts and other games. Quiet neighborhood and friendly people. We loved it. Great restaurants. Close to state parks and springs. Would definitely recommend and return!

Cute place

Good communication. No golf cart available as advertised. No dressers to put your clothes in. Only closet and a few hangers. Newly renovated. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Open kitchen and living area! Covered outside lanai, enclosed sunroom. Kayaks were in great condition, which we fully utilized. The golf cart was handy to go to the local restaurants or the Dollar General. The beds and pillows were awesome! Hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had.

Lots to do here

We had a great stay here. You could stay at the house for a week and never run out of things to do. Golf carts, kayaks, bikes, water mat, fishing and a lot of games to play.

A trip to remember

Me and my finance enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home right on the water. Loved the hernando beach location, and the patio that was less than 10 steps away from the water. We were able to go kayaking with the kayaks they provided with the house which was so sweet ! The house was very clean and decorated so nicely. Loved the beach theme. It was a truly beautiful house.we both very much enjoyed this house and will definitely be booking again in the future ! Thank you so much Kianna and Trevor !

Fishing get away

Had a great time at the property. Being able to kayak and fish right out the back was amazing. Great patio set up outside to be able to enjoy the evening breeze while eating dinner. Very easy communication with the property owner.

Great Place!

The Kozy Cottage had everything!! We spent time relaxing on water, sunroom, patio. Rode bikes to eat, played games. They thought of it all. My husband loved the Large TV for sports, our dog had a safe space to be outside too. Its a Kozy Gem!!
