Everything you need in this comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on beautiful Sanibel Island, Breakers West Unit C-4. A Penthouse with ocean views. Beautiful private rooftop patio to enjoy the sunsets. Just steps to the pool or to the world famous Sanibel beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
Sanibel Island features tightly controlled, low-key development with multiple nature preserves, no high rises, dark at night. Our Penthouse condo, Breakers West UnitC4, is located just a short walk of 140 yards (128m) from our doorstep to the Sanibelâs beautiful Gulf of Mexico beach, with no intervening stairs and no road to cross. Once on the beach, you can walk or run for miles in either direction.
Steps to the beach with world-class shelling, amazing sunsets; drive, bike or walk only 2 miles to Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge; golf, tennis, fishing, kayaking and shopping nearby. Paved paths encircle the island for biking, running, walking. Low-key, relaxed island atmosphere.
Condo has direct ocean views and views of our tropical garden and pool from the penthouse, private walk-out patio. Relax in privacy on your patio and then stroll to the beach or pool. The Gulf beach is only 140 yards away, pool is only 40 feet away, walk out of the patio to both.
Watch spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The condo's West Gulf Drive location allows year-round sunset views that are not available at some east-end locations on Sanibel due to the shape of the island.
Full size, fully equipped kitchen, with full size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has one queen and the living room has a queen size, fold-out sofa. Sleeping six.
Private walk-out, screened-in, covered patio includes table and chairs to allow you to relax and enjoy the tropical garden view.
Laundry room with clothes washer and dryer within unit.
Starter amounts of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish detergent, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt and pepper are provided - longer stays might necessitate guests to purchase additional quantity (multiple stores are nearby). Our coffee is a drip type, Mr. Coffee style.
Guests have access to the Gulf of Mexico beach, and we provide four back-pack style beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. Guests also have access to the condo Associationâs heated and cooled pool, pool chairs, barbecue grills, and rooftop deck. Within our condo unit we also provide wi-fi and television service, clothes washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. One designated, free parking space. Unfortunately, no trailer, RV or boat parking on site.
On-island management available during business hours, and 24/7 by phone, to assist with your check-in, check-out and questions or concerns during your stay. Host is also available by phone, text, or email and is very responsive to any questions you may have about things to do, places to eat, or any other concerns.
No smoking allowed indoors, on our patio, or anywhere except in the property's designated smoking area. We cannot accommodate pets per the rules of of condo Association.

We loved this condo. Great location, incredibly clean and had all sorts of pool toys and chairs. Thanks for the starter items that were plenty for our 5 day stay. Incredibly clean. My only suggestion is for a sponge or dish cloth for the counter! Everything was spotless. A few steps to the pool which we enjoyed everyday. Maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach which we also enjoyed every day. Nice quiet location. We would definitely come back here again. Perfect! Amazing sunsets. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Wonderful five days! Dennis and Lori were outstanding hosts!! Our location was perfect, steps to the pool and a very short walk to a beautiful beach. Our accommodations were just right. Two couples, two bedrooms, two baths, a very comfortable living space and well equipped kitchen (even though we didn't cook much - too many wonderful restaurants close by). We would absolutely book again. Thank you for a great stay.

Being on the ground floor was a plus and the extra outdoor space with the screened in porch made it an ideal place for eating and relaxing. Dennis the owner, provided some of the best customer service we have ever experienced! He is so easy to communicate with and thoroughly answered all of our questions. 5 star stay and experience!
