The house was just great! Very clean, spacious, bright, 1 block to the beach! Marty, our host, was extremely friendly and kind. There was a beautiful welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived. I'd highly recommend this property!

Our family of 10 (grandparents, adult children & spouses, grandchildren) had a great vacation week. The location was perfect - a block from the beach and within walking distance of coffee shops, family markets, parks, soft serve ice cream, etc. the house was a great home base for a lovely family vacation. There was everything that we needed. We all said we would rent it again.

Great location, terrific host

From start to finish, we had a fantastic experience with this property an the host. Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk with an upstairs balcony for cocktails or coffee. Bedrooms were roomy and we made two bathrooms work for 7-8 people (with 6 women!). Marty (host) was helpful, responsive and incredibly accommodating. Hope to stay here in the future.

I couldn't disagree with you more...I have been living on this street for 9 years, that is 3285 days and have never had a problem, I drive a Mercedes and my wife a Cadillac, again, no problem, so you drawing a conclusion like that in 4 days, is pretty bad in itself! But thanks for your feedback!

Great location, plenty of room, and very clean!

Our family of five with three older teenagers enjoyed our weeklong stay at this property. The location was amazing with just a short block walk to the beach. We enjoyed having the boardwalk right there to walk in the morning and having Ocean City boardwalk just a short drive away to enjoy for a few evenings. Our family also took advantage of the public pickleball courts just about 5 blocks down the street! The property was as advertised with some pleasant surprises such as having access to beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, a full outdoor shower, and a beautiful new patio set! Owner’s communication and flexibility with our stay was top notch. Any needs we communicated with the owner were addressed quickly. The home was decorated very tastefully and you can tell the owners put a lot of effort into the look and function of the home for renters. Highly recommend and would stay again if we come back to this area. Thank you for sharing this great property with our family!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This house did not disappoint! Marty is the host with the most. He is beyond accommodating, easily accessible, kind, and truly thought of our needs before we even arrived. His home checked all of our boxes and personal needs. There is more than enough space (and privacy) to accommodate everyone. Each room is beautifully decorated and very clean. My favorite room is the dining room. It is beautiful and wonderful for family dinner. However, the best part of the home is the front porch; the perfect space for sunsets and relaxation. The location is amazing - one block from the beach in North Ventnor. There are several shops and cafes in walking distance. Ocean City and Atlantic City are short drives away, too. In all my years renting with Vrbo, Marty (hands down), is the best host. This house truly is the perfect beach getaway. We will absolutely be returning!
