Welcome to the Babbling Brook apartments, this newly renovated apartment has two private bedrooms both equipped with queen beds, smart TVs. Large living room/kitchen combo with all the amenities to cook a great meal, there is a gas stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with supplied coffee. This is a very clean, modern and cozy place to use as Basecamp for all the local activities, or a nice place to stay in and relax.

The amenities were great. The place was very clean, very comfortable - beds were very comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our time there. The Royal Gorge train and shops and restaurants were within walking distance. I would recommend staying at this place anytime in Canon City.

Location convenient to Downtown however parking next to hwy 50 iffy. No views & really different toilet/bathroom off of kitchen. When attempting to load dishwasher, it literally fell out of the cabinet! Will find different accommodations next time.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do.Good restaurants within walking distance.Tyson did a great job renovating the building.Great pizza at Pizza Madness highly recommend it!Don’t forget the Ice cream store. She just opened in July. Wonderful quilt shop for us who like to quilt!Highly recommended this place!Thanks Tyson

Wonderful place to stay

Wonderful place to stay. Looks just like pictures on line. Close to town and white water rafting.Owner was easy to get in touch with answered any questions you may have. Even bought a blower dryer as soon as I asked for one :-) . Very clean place with washer and dryer which is helpful when traveling. Highly recommend.

Great downtown location!

Super relaxing space close to fun downtown spots and across from the park! The bidet was a hit and the property manager was so quick to respond to any inquiries. Would definitely rent this one again!

Another renter walked in the apartment at night when myself and my husband were sitting on the couch in our sleepwear. Apparently that place got double booked and the other person stood there telling us they had the place. It was shocking as this was our first time getting a rental like this. Opted for this since we had our 2 yr old and his grandmother. Just glad my mom didn’t see this crazy mixup. Outside was a little sketchy since it’s an alley way. Interior was done very nicely and everything was clean and well maintained. No blow dryer available. The owner offered nothing to us as this was horribly embarrassing and not our fault. He offered a sorry and that’s about it. A hotel would have comped our stay if some stranger walked in our room at night.

This is a small two bedroom apartment located in the downtown area, The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The two of us had plenty of space. Four people could also be accommodated here. Loved having the washer and dryer..would recommend

It was a nice apartment. Had everything we needed, especially a washer and dryer. If we ever come back to this area, we would stay here again!

Totally worth it!

I was in town visiting family. This place was perfect for me! Would definitely work for a small family. Half a block off of Main Street where there is plenty of shopping to be done within walking distance as well as a lot of places to eat! 10/10!

Perfect spot for rafting trip!

This was exactly what my kids and I needed for our first white water rafting trip. The amenities were perfect and the location cannot be beat. We walked to everything on Main Street, were across from Veterans park and a spot to play in the Arkansas River and Tyson was very responsive when I had a question about checking in. We will be back!
