Hidden gem in the heart of the city

Very clean and modern. Wonderful shower, comfortable bed and very relaxing and quiet. If you like games they have just about everything from a pool table to checkers. I would absolutely stay here again. Very nice and accommodating host.

The family makes noise almost at all hours; luckily, they are fairly consistent and aren't excessive, so it didn't mess with us sleeping much.

Get away

The house was decorated cute, the only problem is it’s in a basement and they have tenants above. We heard loud noises all night long for the 4 days we stayed it was loud. Stopping on the ceiling and it sounded like who ever was up there dragging stuff accross the floor. It woke me up many nights and many mornings. No curtains on windows and door does not lock going into the area. Kinda weird. Layout is good for young adults.

Hi Sandi, thank you for taking the time to review. We received multiple noise complaints from the upstairs guests during your stay. Please be courteous and follow quiet hours during your next stay. If you had made us aware of any noise issues during your time we would have addressed it immediately. Additionally, we can assure you that the doors to and from your unit all lock.

This is the cutest little place. You could stay in Cañon City! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It is clean and luxurious. The pool table was a bonus. We actually played every night! The kitchen as well appointed and the silverware is super fun! I would love to have this flatware at my house! Our experience was very easy from check-in to check out and the accommodations were better than advertised! The soap, shampoo conditioner, and body wash supplied by the host was top quality. The linens and towels were very nice, plenty of blankets and pillows for anyone’s needs. We would absolutely stay here again.

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Emily Rosén

Image de profil de l’hôte
We are from Colorado and love exploring all over our local lands and abroad - from skiing and kayaking to total cultural immersion, we don't sit still! Hosting, for us, is our way of sharing our favorite towns and family homes with others to enjoy when we aren't there ourselves with our own kids.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Emily grew up in Colorado Springs and spent many summers day tripping to Cañon City. Seeing the area slowly evolve over the decades while maintain its small town charm has been a joy that she wanted to share with our kids. We chose Greenwood Ave for our home because of the ability to walk to Main Street and enjoy the near-daily deer visitors peeking in through the windows.
