The Space:

658 Newhaven is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath oceanfront condo located on the north end of Fripp Island. With ocean views throughout the condo, a private balcony, and space for up to ten guests, this property works well for families or groups looking for extra sleeping space.



The main level has an open living and dining area with large windows facing the water. The living room includes comfortable seating, a large TV, and Wi-Fi. From the living area, step outside onto the private balcony with seating and views of the ocean and nearby pool. This is also a good spot to watch for dolphins passing through the Point, especially around high tide.



The eat-in kitchen is equipped with the appliances, cookware, and dishes needed to prepare meals during your stay. It connects directly to the dining and living areas, keeping the main gathering spaces together.



The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a private ensuite bathroom. The additional bedrooms are located upstairs along with a full guest bathroom. Each guest bedroom also includes a full-size futon, providing additional sleeping options for larger groups. TVs are available in each bedroom.



A washer and dryer are located on the second floor for guest use, and a half bathroom is available on the main level.



Outside, guests can walk directly onto the beach from Newhaven at low tide. At high tide, the main beach access areas are a short golf cart or bicycle ride away. The Newhaven community also has a landscaped central courtyard with a shared grilling area.



Ocean Point Golf Course, the Ocean Point pool, and nearby dining are close to the condo. The first tee at Ocean Point is approximately 70 yards away, making this a convenient location for guests planning to golf during their stay.



A four-seat golf cart is included with the rental, excluding monthly rentals. The golf cart makes it easy to get to the beach, pools, restaurants, marina, and other areas around Fripp Island without having to use your vehicle for every trip.



Up to ten Fripp Island Resort guest cards are also included with your stay. Guest cards are required to access many Resort amenities, including pools, restaurants and bars, golf, pickleball, tennis, the fitness center, and other Resort facilities. Guest cards also provide access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



The condo is stocked with a starter supply of basic items, including toilet paper and paper towels. Additional groceries and supplies can be purchased at Springtide Market & Deli near the entrance to the island.



**About Fripp Island**



Fripp Island is a private, gated barrier island located approximately 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina. The island offers 3.5 miles of beach, two golf courses, multiple pool complexes, tennis and pickleball courts, a marina, restaurants, walking and biking paths, and equipment rentals.



Wildlife is common throughout Fripp Island, including whitetail deer and coastal birds. Dolphins can also frequently be seen in the waters around Newhaven.



Please note that some Resort amenities and hours of operation vary by season. This property is also available for monthly rentals during December, January, February, and March.
