Welcome to your sunny get away. This quaint, dog friendly, home is perfect to gather & entertain friends & family. Grill out while enjoying the hot tub & fenced in backyard. Located 3 short miles to Englewood beach & the gorgeous island of Boca Grande is only a 15 min drive. Bring your boat & launch at the numerous boat ramps as close as 1 mile away. The home is equipped with 4 beach chairs, beach wagon & an umbrella. It’s a fantastic location for dining & shopping as well.

We loved the large fenced backyard for the dogs! The deck in the backyard was very nice. The house was spotless, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay. Great location, the house was wonderful and clean. The beds were beyond comfortable everyone slept so good. The kids were enthralled with the couch it was our favorite part. We didn’t use the outside much but the yard is very spacious. Host was so kind and accommodating. We love this area and will be back again!

Cozy beach house stay

Cute little beach house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a beach vacation with our two pups! The dogs liked the big backyard, we liked the hot tub, the quiet neighborhood and the close proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants. Matt and his partner took care of any questions or concerns we had in a quick and friendly manner. We will definitely stay again!

Matt & Lynn were excellent Hosts. They made us feel very welcomed. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. I have rented many times through VRBO and they are at the top of the list as hosts. We hope to be back.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay, the house was easy to find . It was very clean , they also provided beach chairs and a cooler for us to enjoy the many beaches in the area. The location was amazing with a couple of restaurants near by and it was easy to get to the many attractions in the area as well. The nieghborhood was quiet while enjoying the hot tub in the evening. Nice and clean

Great stay, very clean and tidy. Nice backyard, deck and hot tub to enjoy. One bedroom bed was not enjoyed by seniors. They said the bed was sinking in the middle and they had a hard time sleeping. Other then that the place was perfect. Hopefully we will be back next year

Nice house

Nice property, cute neighborhood but photos were a bit misleading. Shown with an umbrella and two loungers on the deck but no umbrella and one torn lounger when we arrived. The owner was responsive and did have new chairs shipped to the door, but we had to assemble them and bring an extra beach umbrella out to the deck for shade. The shower curtain was moldy and the baking pans were not clean. The outside area is great and the hot tub is also a very nice amenity. It would be very nice if there was a little more attention to cleanliness and details.

Long weekend with friends

We chose this house for the proximity to our friends’ house. The location is great and the house was the perfect size. It was great having the hot tub, we used it a few times and it was wonderful. I had to clean a lot of finger prints off the refrigerator and dishwasher myself. We didn’t use the other appliances. Overall it was nice and I’m glad we rented it.

Quick get away

Very nice stay. The house is very comfortable. Host was very responsive. It is close to the busy street which if you don't mind the traffic noise it's perfect. The location is close to Englewood Beach. I didn't know the area was under construction and a few places still closed, Sandbar tiki bar. Boca Grande beach is beautiful and close.

Friends weekend in Englewood for a wedding celebration

The house was very clean and well equipped with a lovely backyard and deck. This was immediately following Hurricane Helene and Milton and while there was a lot of damage all around the house was in perfect shape with easy check in and great communication with the owners.

Wonderful place!

We had a great time staying here for a weekend with our pup. Super clean place, great location!! Cozy home with a great backyard. So affordable to be that close to the water. We made multiple trips a day to the beach, no traffic, and only a short drive away. Great restaurants nearby too. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommend!
