This unique high-ceiling, ground-level apartment is conveniently located in Vancouver but just a 2-minute drive to the Granville bridge that leads to city of Richmond and the Vancouver Airport.
It combines old charm with functionality, like an old claw-foot tub and updated kitchen with luxury feel and convenience.Huge ceilings and windows keep the living space very bright. It`s also located next door to a wonderful cafe that we love! :) Our home is perfect for group trips with 3 bedrooms(5beds.)
Welcome to this stunning 3 bedroom/1 bathroom lofty-vibes space.
As soon as you enter the front door (via keypad lock) you are welcomed with a huge living space with an L-shaped sofa (with pullout bed), huge fireplace mantle with electric fireplace, desk for working, 55` Smart TV, and a long 8-person dining table to welcome your whole family for a wonderful Vancouver experience!
Our Cozy Sleeping Layout:
1 King bedroom
1 Queen bedroom with unique meditation/napping loft (with an extra twin mattress if you`re feeling adventurous that we don`t advertise as a bed).
Twin bunkbeds room
Living Room with comfortable Queen sofa bed with lift-up storage for extra bedding.
Our bright, beautiful home features:
-Comfortably sleeps 6 guests privately with an option to add 2 more guests on living room queen sofa bed and one more guest in loft.
-One functional bathroom with antique clawfoot tub with new shower head and plenty of bathroom storage space, with Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash provided.
-Nice full Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove.
-We LOVE COFFEE, therefore we have a Nespresso coffee machine, French Press and regular Coffee Maker.
-Gorgeous 8 person dining table which can be used as co-working setup or dining table.
-Desk setup for work-from-homers.
-50` Roku Smart TV with Netflix, Crave, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, Apple TV and Wifi for streaming your music or connecting your phone or laptop.
-Outdoor gathering space (back porch and fenced yard) with cozy outdoor furniture with a propane fire pit and string lights for nighttime, and lounging chairs.
Things to Know:
-Located on a busy street, so the living space can be noisy but the bedrooms and kitchen/bathroom are quiet spaces with blackout curtains in the king room and privacy curtains in the queen room.
-Must be okay with some upstairs noise potential as it`s an old building, but not frequent.
-One block from Safeway (major grocery store), Restaurants, Banks, Shops.
-Multiple Bus stops within one block.
-45 minute direct bus ride to downtown Vancouver`s Waterfront.
PETS: We love animals! Pets are allowed, please note if any damage is done the guest will be responsible for the damage of the item as well as the time spent on replacing/setting up new items. Pet will only be approved if guest agrees to these rules.
Please note there are surrounding apartments within the building so there may be potential for general noise, as well as we ask that you respect our neighbours.
We love the cafe next door, make sure you check it out!

Our family lives here and we rent it when we travel for work and pleasure. We put our personal items away when we host guests and are a minimalist family. We have a friend nearby who helps us host while we are away and wonderful cleaners :)

-No Unregistered overnight guests
-Pets allowed with Pet Fee only
-No Smoking
-No outdoor shoes inside. There is a shoe rack provided by the front door.
-Turn A/C machines off when not in use/not home please. Power is extremely expensive here.
-Do NOT open windows. Not safe for children.
