It suited our needs perfectly. The furniture may need some cleaning and the rug, but we were comfortable. It’s hard to know where to stay when it’s a first time in a city, would have like to have known the L train was right next to the building.

There were several things that did not function in the condo. One fan, dining room chairs collapsing, clothes hanger in one of the small BR’s fell off wall. The location is good, The place is smaller than you expect from the reservation.

Lucy’s house is a well situated apartment close to anything you could ever need. We enjoyed a sauna and pool before bed. It was perfect for our large family.

The location was perfect for getting to BC Place and Rogers Arena for sporting events. Also had good access to the Skytrain and the water taxi so wasy to get around everywhere. Two of the rooms are a little small but are as advertised. Also a little noisy because of the Skytrain. Overall we had an excellent experience and would stay there again.

The place is nice, the location is excellent, and everything was very clean. The host was extremely responsive and genuinely wanted to help. However, the buzzer at the main entrance was not working, and even with the owner’s help, it took over an hour to resolve. We were on a short, tightly scheduled trip, so this was very disruptive.The place is also much smaller than the photos suggest. Of the four bedrooms, two are barely larger than the twin beds. Neither has a closet, and one has no window.The dining chairs were another issue. Their legs were so loose that we nearly fell off them, and we had to tighten the screws ourselves before we could safely use them.There was also significant SkyTrain noise. The portable air conditioner requires a window to remain open for its exhaust hose, which meant extremely loud and frequent SkyTrain noise from early morning until late at night. Earplugs were provided in every bedroom, suggesting the host is aware of the issue.My biggest disappointment is that none of these things were clearly disclosed in the listing. I would have preferred to know in advance. If I know the reality and choose to book anyway, I have realistic expectations and don’t feel misled.Overall, the property is clean and well located, and the host is responsive, but the listing should give a much more accurate picture of the property.

Wonderful place. 2 of the bedrooms were very small, and I would say just a single bed in those rooms, but we managed. We were a group of 6, 2 retired couples and 2 singles so the sleeping arrangements worked well.A little noisy at night with the train tracks across the street. Great views all around. When we first arrived getting in was a little tricky, probably due to it being late and us being very tired, but we managed with a little help from a resident! Overall it was a very nice place and easy walking to Chinatown and the water.

Good location across from Roger’s Arena. Noise from SkyTrain was very loud. Hard to navigate the TV channels. Instructions would help. No A/C and fans were confusing. Different remote for each fan. Two fans didn't work. Bought new batteries. Didn't help. One bedroom window is broken. Smoke detector covered with plastic. GeneralMaintenance required. Baseboards need cleaning. Host was helpful with finding the place, suggestions for nearby restaurants, transportation options, etc. and she answered all questions promptly.

We didn't see the host. S/he emailed only. The apartment was larger than expected, clean, and well equipped. We were comfortable there. On the minus side, the water pressure in the master shower was very low. We advised the host of this, and s/he agreed to correct it for future guests.

Positive experiences included the pool, shopping and transit nearby, and cleanliness of the condo. Negatives included communication with the host who was in Taiwan, there was an issue with the keypad lock in the door malfunctioning that needed a locksmith to be removed, resulting and my family and I locked out of the condo for several hours. I had to rely on text message communication with the host who was in Taiwan, if the host had left someone in charge of the condo who could have dealt with this issue in person it would have saved a lot of frustration. Another issue was one of the “bedrooms” was a closet with no windows or air exchange, it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in that room.

Great place to stay!

We have no complaints about the actual condo. I will say, if you’re bigger people the furniture doesn’t seem suited for larger people. Nothing actually broke, but I was nervous. lol. We stayed for 1 night before our cruise and I will say it was convenient to get to the cruise port. I only gave location 3 stars, but none of this was the hosts fault. We used the train to get from the airport to the condo and then from the condo to the cruise port. For this location there is no easy way to get luggage up and down from the street to the train without a lot of stairs. Also we noticed on our walk to dinner that if you go just 1 block north there is a lot of not only homeless people, but homeless people doing various drugs openly on the sidewalks.

Hi ~Cristie Thank you for your feedback Our condo is just in front of Station and really convenient area. The station has two way OUT , from the platform , you can choose right side (going down stairs) or left side ( going up with small escalator) if you have lots of luggage , you should go up and turn right & out from the station .There has ramp and elevator to street. I will guide this way to my next guest who brings luggage a lot. Thank you !!
