Welcome to "Abode B" at Arthur Street! This newly-updated, spacious unit has all of the amenities needed for a stress-free getaway. Located <1 mile to Downtown Plymouth + close to Ann Arbor/DTW Airport/freeways. This newly renovated 2BR/1 bath unit features a fully-stocked kitchen, 55” ROKU TV w/ access to your favorite streaming networks, an open concept living room/kitchen with new carpet + all the essentials you need for a great getaway! Perfect for couples, friends' trips or small families!

You will have the VRBO unit entirely to yourself. The two Abodes ("A" & "B") each have their own door on the front porch.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a homemade meal or to prepare take-out from a local restaurant- full dishware set, coffee cups, utensils, drinking glasses, pots and pans, toaster, storage containers for leftovers, paper towels and more. Salt, pepper and olive oil are also available for your use. A luxury coffee maker that brews a pot of coffee or individual Kcup is provided along with a tea pot for non-coffee drinkers. The fully stocked cupboards feature a selection of complimentary coffee/cream/sugar and teas to enjoy.

Bedrooms:
We know sleep is important while traveling! The bedrooms contain one King + one Queen size bed with brand new, luxury memory foam mattresses, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The bedrooms feature blinds + black out curtains & night stands with USB lamps. Closets contain hangers + hampers for your clothes. There is also an iron and ironing board in the Master bedroom to ensure your clothes remain wrinkle free.

Bathroom:
Updated, spacious bathroom features a tub/shower and vanity with storage. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities - extra toilet paper, Qtips, hair dryer, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. There is a non-slip mat in the shower & a first aid kit underneath the vanity.

Living/Dining Area:
The stylish living area features a 55” ROKU TV with access to your favorite streaming networks. An assortment of board games, books and decks of cards are also available for guest use. A dining table with four chairs + bench seating (comfortably seats 6 people) compliments the open living/dining area.

This house was b exactly what needed after long date at a lacrosse tournament. Warm, quiet and peaceful. Messaged the host about one thing and she was super quick to respond.

The house is cozy and clean! It was the perfect size for 4 adults. Great location, close to town and a pretty neighborhood to walk around. We'll definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay in Plymouth

The unit was very comfortable and clean. We felt immediately at home. The kitchen was well stocked with every needed to enjoy our stay and the host was very easy to contact when we had a question. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

Comfortable and cozy

We stayed at abode B for a week It was a very comfortable stay with the basic and essential necessities that one needs while on vacation Very clean modern and cozy abode for sure Beds and the couch were both very comfortable Kitchen was well equipped Bathroom also clean Linens were all clean and pretty :)We would definitely come back and stay there again Thanks for making our stay worthy

Felicia was initially responsive and kind. I didn’t have any issues until she charged me 132 after I checked out for what she says were irreparable damages. A door knob,sheets pillow sham,duvet cover and her carpet. I recorded the property when I arrived and left so I have proof I did not damage anything. She told me after I checked in that the washer was broken and the back door. I guess because she couldn’t use her broken washer she felt the need to charge me, at least say there will be a fee in advance but irreparable damages is absurd.She is a scam and she stopped responding when I asked for pictures. Overall I would never stay again because of the lies. Too much hassle.

The home was in a perfect location and was very clean! We loved the neighborhood! Really appreciated a nice coffee maker and nice quality bdding and towels too.The listing said that the home would sleep 5 (and there are 5 of us) but there wasn’t any extra bedding for the couch (for the 5th person) so we had to pull from the other beds making my son's sleeping arrangement a little less than ideal. So, my feedback would be to list it as sleeping 4 rather than 5. But everything else was superb! Thanks!!

A good experience overall. One thing I do have an issue with is the lack of dressers in the bedrooms. The bedrooms were on the smaller side but there was definitely enough room for a chest of drawers in each. Except for things that can hang in the closet, everything has to stay in the suitcase. Plus, there’s no place to set things on as the bedside tables are very small. All in all the place is adorable.

Clean and tidy

Overall we had a nice stay. The property was very clean and had what we needed. The location was safe and close to nearby amenities. The beds were comfortable and it was nice they had a kitchen with a toaster etc. The listing said it had a hot tub but there wasn’t one. I contacted the host and she gave us a reimbursement for the mix up. One downside was that the doors didn’t seem to fit properly so they all slammed when closed. We weren’t able to hear the neighbours which was nice and we were able to do our laundry without leaving the property.

Thanks so much Shelby!! I’m not sure how the hot tub amenity got put on our listing, but it was removed asap. Thanks for letting me know about the doors- we haven’t had that issue before, perhaps it was due to the hot summer humidity, but we will have them checked. Thanks again!
