You will have the home entirely to yourself including your own private patio with outdoor firepit. The driveway is shared with the tenants who reside in the duplex adjacent to the VRBO. You’ll have your own designated parking right in front of the home for easy access.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a homemade meal or to prepare take-out from a local restaurant- full dishware set, coffee cups, utensils, drinking glasses, pots and pans, toaster, blender, storage containers for leftovers, paper towels and more. Salt, pepper and olive oil are also available for your use. A luxury Keurig that brews a pot of coffee or individual Kcup is provided along with a tea pot for non-coffee drinkers. The fully stocked cupboards feature a selection of complimentary coffee/cream/sugar and teas to enjoy.

Located off of the bedroom, a cozy loft containing a sleeper futon overlooks the scenic view of the backyard and woodlands. A reading lamp is available for your convenience. Perfect for sleeping an additional guest or curling up with a good book.

Updated, stylish bathroom features a tub/shower and vanity with storage. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities - extra toilet paper, hair dryer, body wash and shampoo/conditioner.

Living Area:
The stylish living area features a 55” ROKU TV with access to your favorite streaming networks like Netflix, Peacock Premium + Amazon Prime and a comfortable sectional with chaise. An assortment of board games, books and decks of cards are also available for guest use. A dining table with three chairs compliments the open living area if you like to watch a show while you eat a home cooked meal or heat up some leftovers from a local restaurant downtown!
