Great Time

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. There was a little hiccup once we checked in but Paula was so easy to communicate with and sent someone right away to resolve it. The check in process was super easy and you get a link to your reservation with all info included. Thanks for a great time!

Breathtaking Views!

This unit was beautiful! It had many windows in the living room, as well as the bedrooms, that gave the best view of the ocean. It was clean and well-stocked and had plenty of room for our family on our vacation!

Beautiful Condo!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was just like the pictures portrayed. Our only problem came with the security guards. Hateful and constantly being disrespectful to all guest. Check in with Paula was very easy and she was very helpful. Front desk employees could also be a little nicer.

We recently stayed in Condo 1015C and were disappointed by the cleanliness and maintenance issues. The condo is dated, which isn't a problem, and the living room was spacious enough for a large group. The view was incredible and was the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the unit overshadowed those positives.There was excessive dust and dirt throughout the condo. The ceiling fans were so dusty we couldn't use them. The exhaust fan in the king bathroom shower was covered in dust and grime. We found leftover food, dirt, and dust on/under the coffee table and end tables, and even discovered old socks and inside the couch when cleaning. The second bathroom had cabinets falling off and a hole in the wall near the toilet. There were stains on the sheets in the king bedroom, and blankets and pillows stored in closets were left unfolded, making it unclear whether they were clean. The refrigerator ice maker did not work, and the laundry room smelled like sour milk.We contacted management on our first day and requested additional cleaning. We were told someone would come the next day, but no one ever showed up. Later, the batteries in the electronic door lock died, leaving us locked out for about 45 minutes while waiting for a locksmith.As former beach house owners, we understand the challenges of maintaining coastal properties, but the amount of dirt and lack of housekeeping was unacceptable.
