In the summertime, pedal down the adjacent lakefront bike path along the new East Shore Trail to Sand Harbor--Tahoe’s most beautiful beach. Practice your golf swing at the nearby world-renowned Championship Golf Course, take a hike at the Tahoe Meadows South Trailhead, or shoot the rapids of the beautiful Truckee River.

The ground floor, single-level design offers easy accessibility and convenience with a spacious open floor plan connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed with a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en suite full bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed with a smart TV and access to a full bathroom across the hall.

A private washer/dryer adds to the functionality of your “Happy Daze” Tahoe experience, along with all the comforts and convenience of this home away from home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
