The property itself was excellent. The landscape was beautiful. The house was beautiful. The host communication was excellent. The house had everything we needed all the comfort of home. The only problem was that the elevator wasn’t working the reason for picking in the house. I was traveling with a group of women ages 60 through 76. With the elevator not working restricted a couple of the women. Too many steps to navigate.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house! From the location, to everything that was provided in the home. The listing was very accurate in the description as well as the photos. The beds and bedding were so comfortable in all of the rooms. The rooftop space was an extra bonus. We grilled and had dinner together. The sunsets as well as the breeze make this home exceptional compared to others. The pool and the space around it are just beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. I loved how there was adequate seating in the family room with 2 large sofas and 2 chairs, as well as at the table and the bar stools for large groups. You’re right down the street from the beach. A golf cart made it very easy to bring chairs, umbrellas, and whatever else. Location was wonderful. You are walking distance to places to eat as well as shopping or whatever you may need. Communication was always available and they respond quickly to whatever you need. The AC works well and the home was cold whenever we needed it to be. They even provided an extra ice-maker. Small details like this made for an a wonderful trip! There is nothing but positive things to say about this house!

We had a great stay with family and friends from all over the southeast. The location was great for walking and grabbing some treats. The house was big enough for all of us to have plenty of space without feeling like we were on top of each other. The pool was nice and clean. The walk to the beach was not far. Only caution for families with small children, there is only one bath tub in the house and it has a glass enclosure.

Great stay

We loved our time at this property. Clean, good linens, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities provided to start our trip off. House is walking distance to both blue mountain beach accesses as well as the local restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream on 30a. Pool had a great balance of shade and sun depending on time of day!Our only complaint is that the elevator door on the third floor does not latch shut. In order to use the elevator we would have to keep something propped in front of the door in order for it to run.

Very satisfied With Scenic Stays

The house was immaculate when we arrived..The only problem with my stay was I had to repair the 3rd floor elevator door it would not stay closed to allow the elevator to operate..And I also had to reprogram the garage door opener the keypad would not open or close the door.. I know the garage door keypad only matters to the owner but I am surprised no one called about the elevator door..

This is an excellent house for large families. The pool offers a great break from the heat of the beach. The bottom floor has a small living room next to a bunk room and gives the younger kids a place to hang out. We had three generations, so the elevator was so nice to have, especially when unpacking groceries. But the best thing about this house is the roof top living room. Morning coffee and evening cocktails make for a relaxing vacation. Grilling and eating dinner "up top" was wonderful. This was our second time renting this house. It is pricey, but worth it!

This property was so clean and beautiful. It was very spacious with lots of rooms in the bedrooms as well. It was walkable to the beach and some coffee/brunch spots as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
