Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was beautiful and decorated very nicely. The location is great and love the golf cart, and the pool was great!! Would definitely recommend to stay here. We didn’t use the top floor, but if you have kids, it would be a great place for them. The only suggestion I would give to the owners is to replace all the beach chairs with better all reclining beach chairs. The chairs are on their last legs and very uncomfortable. But overall, a great house!!!

We always want every detail of the stay to be top notch and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. We would absolutely love to welcome you back again soon!

Family Fun

This property was the perfect size for our big growing families. We enjoyed how much space there was and really loved that the rooms all had an ensuite. The bunks were nice and big queen sizes. That’s a big plus. The pool and golf cart was a great add! Would come back here with large family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Spring Break Mom/Daughter trip was amazing due to staying in Cabana Cove. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 16 and we were so happy the house had a bunk room that all of the girls could stay together and have their own space. The rental process was easy and the staff was so kind. Loved the golf cart to take our things to the beach each day and the location was perfect. Quiet but still close enough to the beach and restaurants. Thank you for providing the perfect place for us to make memories with our daughters before they head off to college!

The perfect place in 30A for a family getaway

My husband booked Cabana Cove last minute for a short getaway for our daughter’s spring break. We are a small family of 3, but wanted to stay in a house to get a better idea of future summer plans with family and friends. This house has it all…..perfect short walk or gold cart ride to the beach, amazing pool, PLENTY of space for several families, top notch amenities, and great customer service. The 3rd floor is a kids oasis with plenty of bunk beds and room to play. The worst part of the trip was leaving. We cannot wait to come back! Book it - you won’t be sorry.

Perfect family space

The house was great. Our daughter is a professional chef and she loved the kitchen! Our youngest grandsons loved the pool. Our older grandsons loved the third floor with 4 bunk beds and a large living space. Everyone enjoyed the screened in porches. We had easy access to the beach and the 6-seater golf cart made it even easier. With a two car garage, we had room for the golf cart and the ping pong table which had constant use.

Perfect Family Getaway!

My family spent the week of Thanksgiving at Cabana Cove and had a fantastic time! There were 14 of us (8 Adults, 6 Kids: 7-16 age range) and there was PLENTY of space. The top floor was perfect for the kids to hang out and spend time together and the adults had plenty of space inside and outside to hang out. The location for this time of year was great as we just had a short golf cart drive to the public Blue Mountain Beach access. The beach was never too crowded and the water was still warm enough to swim, paddleboard, and we even had a day with big enough waves to get the body boards out! When we wanted to relax at the house, the heated pool was perfect. This was my 6th time coming to 30A, but the first with my entire family. This house was perfect for our group and we all agreed we would stay at Cabana Cove again during this time of year if we had the chance!

Great Family Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome stay! Very spacious for a larger group, great location by the beach with a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!Only thought for those coming in is you cannot get to Publix or Walmart by golf cart, so would either need to Uber or rent a car. We ended up renting a car, which we hadn't planned on doing.Only slight 'complaint' is everyone agreed the pillows, mattresses, and bed coverings were not the most comfortable. So if you're driving in, bring your own pillows!

Seth, thank you for this wonderful review! We agree that this is a wonderful home and the location cannot be beat! Thank you for your feedback on the pillows and Mattress! We have taken your comments into consideration and decided to replace one of the mattresses and refreshed all pillows! We have the "sleeping" pillows and the "decorative" blankets, and hope you were able to find all of our cozier sleeping blankets. If more are needed, we are happy to supply! As the colder weather approaches, we will purchase and install all new duvet inserts so that all guests are cozy and happy. Thank you for your feedback! - BBV

Our stay

The house still had sand on the floor and one of the bathrooms had garbage in the trash can. The pool was never vacuumed and was dirty. Also, we came in an RV and no where did we see that we couldn’t park it in the driveway. We had to find a place to park it or we would get fined from the association. However, the house was lovely and well equipped.

Hi Sandra, Thank you for your recent stay at Cabana Cove. We apologize that the house was not fully cleaned to high standards on your stay, and we have informed our housekeeping staff of this. We do clean the pool twice weekly but at times the trees can create debris that falls into the pool so we're sorry for that inconvenience this is. It was clearly stated in the booking guidelines that our HOA does not allow RVs onsite. We must adhere to these strict guidelines. We're glad you found the house well equipped and hope you enjoyed your stay! Come and stay with us on your future vacations. BBV Management

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is perfect and golf cart is a must. Beach access and crowd is crazy. They keep building more homes but have 12 spots to park at the biggest beach access. We got up early every morning to setup our spot on the beach and park a vehicle somewhat nearby for cleanup after a day at the beach. We had a group of 18 so we had a lot of stuff. Beach trip

Property was great. Parking was lacking for a house that sleeps 22. However, we enjoyed it immensely. Rental company was slow to respond after balance was paid and we couldn’t get in the property at the designated time and had to call and wait for a call back. Trash if prior residents wasn’t taken away and rental company asked us to do it. Thankfully, they did end up sending garbage collectors to get it.

Hi Beth, Thank you so much for booking with Beyond Blue on your last vacation and we're happy you enjoyed the house. To expedite the check in process we always encourage guests to download our hospitality app especially during our busy summer season. We have 4 dedicated parking spots for the house, and this is limited by the HOA, but guests are more than welcome to inquire about overflow parking. We apologize that trash was not taken away from the last guest. We have trash vendor that pick-up trash in each turn. Hope you come back to visit again!

The golf cart was great for getting us back and forth from the beach. Family loved the ping pong table and the ice maker was handy. If I had one thing I would change it would be that the beds were not the most comfortable. But I would absolutely stay here again!!!
