The property is very nice! It has been recently renovated and is very well done. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and certainly located. If you need a place to stay in Woodruff I highly recommend!

The house was perfect for us. Located on a quiet street not far from the main road through Woodruff. Everything we wanted was close and we found some very nice restaurants nearby. We never had the time to use the very nice backyard or grill but maybe next time.

The house was awesome and the neighborhood was very quiet. Enjoyed an evening downtown for dinner/drinks. The host was extremely responsive in communication and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area !!!!

Southern nest is a cute place to stay, very clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kallie is great with communication. Checking in was very easy. A lot of thought was put into this home, beautifully decorated. We will definitely stay here again

Perfect Southern Nest

We needed a place for 7 weeks prior to our permanent move into a new home near downtown Woodruff. The Southern Nest was perfect. Perfect for a long or short stay! Perfectly appointed! Hosts were very attentive and accomodating! Cleanest VRBO I have ever experienced! Highly recommended!

Local Gem

What a nice home. So comfortable, clean, and furnished. You could tell a lot of time and thought was put into this remodel. We had to relocate due to the hurricane moving into our next destination, or we would have spent more time enjoying out stay. The beds were very comfortable and I slept great for a much needed rest. Everything was as advertised. Great management communications with immediate response. The digital key worked perfect. I didn't give the fifth star for location, not because it wasn't convenient as it was, but because it was and older section of town with remodel construction in progress on most of the homes. In the future this street will have a new face lift, I believe, and it will be fine. Good value or the money, I would definitely return.
