(Main Floor) walking through the front door you enter into a large dining room that seats all 16 guests! 18 seats total. A coffee bar with 2 coffee pots to kick off everyone's morning right! The slider off the dinning opens up to a massive covered deck to enjoy the lake no matter the weather. The modern kitchen has everything needed to cook amazing meals with a double refrigerator to hold all your food. This home has an oversized living room with 2 sectionals, a shuffleboard table, a couch overlooking a wood burning fireplace. Step outside from the living room onto a huge 16x28 deck with picnic tables to bring your meals to the outdoors or just to relax in the sun. Sleeping on the main floor has 2 - queen bedrooms, and 2 full baths. A couple steps down and you walk into the kid bunk room, 2 bunk beds with trundles sleeping 6, a couch, tv, & arcade games. Go upstairs from the bunk room and you will find a second kid room with 2 twin beds.

Going up the second set of stairs brings you into a spacious nook with 2 chairs to relax and decompress. There are 2 primary sweets. The first has a queen bed with a separate sitting area. The second sweet has a king bed, couch and desk. Also has a balcony overlooking the lake perfect for morning coffee and excellent sunset views with a glass of wine! Upstairs also has a full sized washer and dryer along with a half bath.
Outside there is a large walled off beach with sandy bottom for endless fun in the sun. When you're done watching some of the most enchanting sunsets imaginable right from the beach, sit down around the fire-pit in the sand and relax the night away.

There are 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and a paddle boat free to use. There are also life jackets and fishing poles.
The house is 5 minutes from the town of Evart. There is a Dairy Whip for ice cream, restaurants, a bar, bowling alley, a tube and kayak rental for the Muskegon river that will drop you off and pick up, a grocery store and a Dollar general.
