My stay was very pleasant. The space is cozy and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The loft bed was acceptable for me but definitely not for everyone. On a very warm day the AC had a decent effect on the temperature up there but there is a fan in the space. There are some very nice restaurants fairly close by but a burger place around the block that was awesome!

Really enjoyed my stay here, Anne was a wonderful host. Offered to put the air conditioning unit in on an unseasonably warm weekend, I'm from Vegas so it felt perfect to me LOL. Any question I had she responded promptly. Check-in process was super easy. The house was clean. The bathroom was clean. It was super cute. The area itself is wonderful. I have no complaints

Th hostess was very responsive. The living area was bright and peaceful. I had everything I needed. Though fireplace was warm enough, I was a bit concerned about the cobwebs inside it that I feared might be a fire hazard. All else was okay. Thank you for having me.

Quaint, Clean, and Good Location

First off, don't get turned off based on the size of this place. Yes, it's small, but it has everything. First of all, it seems brand new! It is well stocked with just about everything you will need. It's central to a very good neighborhood and within walking distance to many good coffee shops, stores, CVS, etc.I would recommend sleeping on the pull-out couch, since the loft can be a bit tight for taller folks.

This was lovely guest home with everything needed for a comfortable stay including coffee. The space is well organized with enough room to empty the suitcase for an extended stay. The bathroom is spacious and has an efficient heater for the colder mornings. Air conditioning is available in the guest house for hotter days too. The guest house is close to bus lines and an easy walk/bus ride to the light rail. My only caution is the bed in the loft space may not be suitable for an older adult. There is a comfortable pull out sofa bed.

I came to hang out to the area to be close to my son. The loft apartment had everything I needed. It is close to a bike trail that is heavily used. There was a little deck out in front of the cottage with beautiful plants. Inside had a cozy feel with air conditioner and fireplace. I could open the front door and have the screen door allow fresh air coming in.The TV was a nice feature.Just a heads up: there is not a microwave, but there is an electric kettle and oven/stove which worked well. The parking on the street requires a bit of a steeper driveway climb.I felt well taken care of!!
