Cette petite maison de Hawthorne-Belmont est plus grande que son empreinte et proche de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vivre Ă  Portland. CafĂ© Stumptown. Les restaurants de Division et les bars de Belmont. Partage de vĂ©los Biketown. Mt. Parc Tabor et Laurelhurst. Épicerie de la nouvelle saison et nouveau marchĂ© asiatique H-mart. Livres et poulets de basse-cour de Powell. Cette petite maison de deux Ă©tages a une cuisine complĂšte avec une cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz, un combo laveuse-sĂ©cheuse, un lit vraiment confortable, une chaleur rayonnante pour les pieds chaussĂ©s, 13 fenĂȘtres, 3 puits de lumiĂšre et deux portes hollandaises rouges.

Que vous soyez en ville pour affaires ou pour explorer la ville, cette petite maison dans l'un des meilleurs endroits de Portland avec une vue directe sur le centre-ville et Ă  quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin ou envie est nichĂ©e dans un quartier calme et paisible oĂč le repos vient facile.

La maison a un porche enveloppant et un petit patio idéal pour le café du matin ou une biÚre l'aprÚs-midi. Pour ces nuits pluvieuses, le toit en métal porche vous endormira comme un bébé.

Nous avons rĂ©cemment dĂ©mĂ©nagĂ© de la maison principale et nous sommes partis pour une aventure Ă  Casablanca, au Maroc. La famille vivant dans la maison principale n'a aucun lien avec la petite maison, mais ils sont super sympas alors n'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  dire bonjour en passant. Ils ont Ă©galement un chien sympathique que vous pourriez voir pendant votre sĂ©jour. La petite maison est gĂ©rĂ©e pendant son absence par la sƓur de Wes, Gretchen. Elle est plus qu'heureuse de rĂ©pondre aux questions, d'offrir des suggestions et de vous aider de quelque maniĂšre que ce soit pour que votre sĂ©jour soit parfait, mais avec une entrĂ©e de clavier privĂ©e, la petite maison est configurĂ©e pour offrir aux clients autant d'intimitĂ© qu'ils le souhaitent.

Lovely ADU

An amazing, relaxing place to stay. Close to many shops and restaurants. Though in Portland proper, it was a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. When in Portland, visiting family, will definitely book a stay again.

Rejuvenated

As young at heart septuagenarians we very much enjoyed our stay. The high quality of construction reminds us of upscale rentals in Latin America and Europe. In the four days we were there we could walk everywhere. This is the Portland that we have known and loved to visit for forty years.

Such a cute spot!

I loved this little place so much. The location was great- it felt quiet and safe, parking was easy enough, and was still within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The space felt just right for two people, plus the loft was an absolute treat- I would have spent the whole weekend up there if I had my way. The owner was very kind and communicative too. Would definitely stay here again!

Location, location.

Close to everywhere we like to go in the SE. We also appreciated the cleanliness and lack of clutter. So many places are junk/kitsch filled and this small home was not. Will return!

Sunnyside Vacay

Looking to move to the neighborhood. The tiny house was the perfect spot to check it all out. Very cute, comfy, full kitchen, cool loft, nice outdoor seating area, even a washer/dryer! Plenty of entertainment within walking distance. Recommended. Would stay again.

Absolutely loved it!

The location was perfect for all the tours we had planned. Perfect neighborhood for walking and biking. Plenty of food, drink, and shopping around - all within 3/4 of a mile! It was fun having Apollo the cat greet us in the front yard for our comings and goings and paying the belly rub toll. My wife loved the hammock chair and i loved reading in the loft. This quickly felt like a second home for us. 10/10 highly recommended- we’ll be coming back again for sure!.

Good proximity

This place delivered on location. It was exactly as the photos show. The only two downsides: no microwave to warm coffee or leftovers and pillows could be breed quality. Otherwise, quaint and comfy.

But the lessons of time (being parents has helped), has made us try harder to be present, to let the future be special, but not more special than the now. When the day in day out pushes us too far into the future, traveling always brings us back to the present.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love Portland, we love calling this city home, so the goal in building the tiny house was building a space that felt like home to travelers, whether it be for one night or thirty. Just stepping out into the neighborhood provides everything you need to feel like a Portlander, but the hope was not only feeling like a Portlander when you are out but also when you come home. The two-story tiny house has a full kitchen with a gas range because this city is surrounded by the best organic produce in the world. The comfy bed looks up at three skylights so you can see what you're sleeping under. The 13 windows turns the tiny house into a tree house. The two red dutch doors because dutch doors are just cool and opening the tops open up the house even more. And the loft lets you stretch and practice yoga, daydream or nap or simply provides a cool space to read.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You could come planning to see Portland and be content never leaving the neighborhood. With that said, we also love the key pad lock and how it makes coming and going so easy. And how the downstairs kitchen space is where we always find ourselves hanging out. And how the wrap around porch and side patio is perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon beer and book. And how the tall ceilings and sky lights make upstairs feel like sleeping in a tree house. And the metal porch roof how it makes it hard to get out of bed on rainy mornings. To us there is just something magical about the space. It's in the middle of everything, but quiet and peaceful. It's tiny but it's huge. It's new but it looks two hundred years old. It just feels like home.
