This was exactly as advertised. The place is new, clean, has a super comfortable bed, great air conditioning that was extremely quiet, very nice space! :) We plan to skip the hotel going forward and stay here on our twice yearly trip to Palm Springs. The host was great, too. Highly recommend!

Loved the property, especially when the quail came through on their daily rounds. It was as promised, no surprises Our host made sure we had everything we needed. He was prompt with all communication. The only minor thing missing in the cosy space was reading lamp in the living room.

Excellent stay in Tehachapi area

We were interested in the area around Tehachapi, and further away. This location turned out to be ideal. The property is a little spare in furnishings, but that turned out to be inconsequential, as we spent most of our time away.

Beautiful Travel Stop

This is our second one-night stay in this brand new, quality built VRBO. I wish my home had half of the finishes this property does. My husband wanted to kidnap the mattress for a week claiming it helped his back. The modern HVAC is quiet and warms the unit instantly. The host Jason, is very concerned with the comfort of his guests and is working out the details; like pictures on the walls, a sponge or dish cloth for the kitchen sink, privacy screen on the front door, reading light in the living room, coasters, etc. So after two nights in hotels, we got much needed rest. One last comment, this is our second stay and both units were rented this time. We could hear the other traveler on his phone (like a hotel room).

Clear Night Sky with Luxury Accommodations

Quiet country setting. Very clean. The host Jason is fantastic at responding to communications timely. Property as described, maybe better. Simple decor with high end finishes. Huge TVs both rooms. Everything felt brand new including the bed
thank you for that. Suggestions to host: a few pictures and a living room lamp would make the property feel a little more homey. We will be staying on our return trip.

Super clean and New

We love this guest house for visiting family nearby. After a terrible hotel experience it’s good to know there’s a place we we can count on a quiet night’s sleep. The hosts are communicative and helpful, and the check-in process couldn’t be easier.

Can't say enough good stuff

The property is incredibly clean and the owner couldn't be more accomodating. Even sent a video showing how to use the TV remotes. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm anywhere near Tehachapi.

Perfect for our needs

We needed a comfortable place to stay while up here visiting my sister and this guest house perfectly fit the bill. There was actually more amenities than we were able to use in our short stay but I will definitely come back in the future. The bed was very comfortable, the house is brand new And beautifully pointed, And our hosts were communicative and accommodating.
