This cozy New Orleans style retreat is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests and is nestled quietly above the shops at the Village. Our town home features an open floor plan, 2 spacious bedrooms and an oversized balcony overlooking a lush courtyard. The Village of Baytowne Wharf, located just steps from your front door, offers an array of activities to suit every taste. From upscale dining to casual eateries, boutique shopping to lively entertainment venues, the Baytowne Wharf caters to everyone. And with the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf less than 2 miles away, 247 Fisherman's Village is the utmost in vacation luxury and convenience!
Trendy décor sets the stage for a festive getaway while updated furnishings and appliances offer the best in comfort and luxury. Our fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. With seating for four at the breakfast bar and seating for 8 at the dining table, there is room for everyone! Designed with relaxation in mind, the living area offers plush furnishings, a sleeper sofa and access to an oversized balcony. The balcony is fully furnished and offers the perfect place to sip your morning coffee and enjoy the Village's sparkling fountains from above.
Located on the second floor, the primary bedroom offers both a plush king bed with a cozy pillow topper and a pull-out twin trundle bed. The ensuite primary bathroom features a jetted shower and a double vanity. The guest bedroom is furnished with a comfy king bed, a twin trundle bed and convenience to a hallway bathroom with tiled shower. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer and high-speed wifi is complimentary. Guests are welcome to use the Village terrace and pool as well as the resort tram. Garage parking is available.

The property was nice. It was clean and just what we expected. This was our first condo rental and was just as nice as the pictures showed. They do need to give more towels. It was so hot that even if we showered before going out we had to reshower when we got back. I ended up having to wash towels so we could have clean towels and laundry should never be on your vacation to do list.

Spacious Location
A very spacious townhome nicely appointed and perfectly located to everything Baytowne Village and surrounding area offers. Check-in was very smooth and the video directions to the townhome was a plus and so helpful. Large kitchen well supplied. Beds were very comfortable. Updates were noticed and enjoyed. Our only complaint was New Year’s Eve night. The garage parking deck was full resulting in paying renters to park over 1/2 mile away and walk back to the village - poorly managed. Also should be brought to renters attention of the many steps up to the townhome and distance from the garage with no elevator. Impossible to use a luggage carrier across the cobblestone walkway.

This is a beautiful unit and worked perfectly for my husband & I, daughter (10), daughter (17) & her best friend (16). The location is right in the heart of the action and the shortest walk to everything in the village. We wanted convenience of location more than anything and this fit the bill. Everything was as described and we would definitely stay here again. Biggest plus of the unit were awesome lighting, plenty of hot water, 2 showers and 3 bathrooms total. The kitchen was beautiful.The ONLY minor notes I will make are this is definitely not an ADA accessible unit. There is a flight of stairs to the unit door and no alternative entrance/exit. Just keep that in mind if you have anyone with disability or who needs assistance. When we arrived, the gate security acted like they had no idea what unit we were talking about and even though I showed them our stay details, they still took a long time "confirming" to give us our parking pass and let us in. Do NOT attempt to get on the tram without your tram pass. Your wrist bands and room details do not work and your family must ride together because you only get one card. (It does specify this in your property details but we made it oopsie and walked off without it.) Finally, make sure you turn the latch each time you leave the unit and foyer. We didn't realize this at first and left the doors unlocked. There are only two small chairs on the balcony so we couldn't sit out there as a family. All very small inconveniences.

Poor property management company
We take a 8-10 day family trip every year and have not had issues before this trip. While the condo was comfortable, the dryer, ice-maker and water dispenser were broken. The issue with the dryer was brought to the property manager‘s attention on our second day. We were initially told that it was fixed, but it wasn’t. I had to continue to reach out to the property management company inquiring as to when the dryer was going to be fixed, this clearly upset them. It was not fixed our entire stay. We had a large family with several small children, so having a washer and dryer in our unit was a must, which is why we chose a unit that had one. We were advised there was a coin operated facility a couple of buildings over that we could use if we needed to do laundry. We definitely did not want to sit in a laundromat while on vacation. They picked up our laundry one time in those 8 days, and had it laundered, which we were thankful. I asked to speak to the property manager, but he refused to call. Instead on our day of check out, the property manager, Neil, sent a nasty email with several false statements. Neil also advised he would refund 100 due to the inconvenience of not having the dryer and other things working in the unit. He then advised he contacted VRBO to let them know we were difficult clientele. This was a first for us as we have had numerous owners request that we rent from them if we ever come back to their area. Disappointed in Beach Blue Properties management.

We regret that the in-unit dryer was not repaired before your departure. As communicated, a technician was dispatched promptly, but a part needed to be ordered, and unfortunately, the repair couldn’t be completed during your stay. In the meantime, we made every effort to offer solutions: we brought fresh towels, offered to cover the cost of using the nearby laundry facilities, and personally picked up and professionally laundered four large bags of clothing at no cost to you. These were returned to you folded and ready to use.
As for the refrigerator’s ice and water dispenser, no issue was reported until the final day of your stay, leaving us no time to respond with service before your departure. Both the dryer and refrigerator issues have since been resolved.
We have hosted you in the past and appreciate your return business. However, after the way our staff was treated—despite our ongoing efforts to help and provide alternatives—we have made the decision to no longer accept future bookings. We are committed to ensuring respectful communication between guests and our team, and we take that responsibility seriously.
