My family was looking for a place to rest in close proximity to the beach and we couldn't have been more pleased with this home. The house was clean and the layout was so spacious and well decorated. The weather was terrible while we were there, but the house was a fun place for our family to play games and watch movies indoors. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. When it wasn't raining, we traveled the 5 mins to the beach and was able to look for shells. It was a great get-away for our family.

The home was very clean, comfortable, and in a very good location. I loved the enclosed fence for our two dogs. Food Lion was up the street and restaurants were very close by. The mexican restaurant nearby was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

The home was beautiful and clean and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and sun room also. We loved our stay.

Sandy feet retreat is cozy and comfortable and clean. We would easily recommend this VRBO. Great spot to relax or use as a base to explore the area.

Quick Family Trip

We had a great stay. The house was exactly what we expected from the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. They had everything there we needed. Loved having the washer and dryer. We like to cook and had plenty of tools there to use. Very dog friendly as well. Everything was so close for driving. Food lion, beach, ice cream was all right there. Nothing was crowded. Only thing we hated was the ants in the yard. You did have to watch ur step.

Stunning Property

We are so grateful we found this home for our short getaway. The owner was amazing to work with, the home was beautiful, and the fenced in back yard was perfect for our sweet four legged babies. It was absolutely perfect! We can’t wait to come back!

Family beach trip

Kelly was very easy to make reservations with and she was very accommodating. This cozy home was a convenient 5 minute drive to Holden beach. Our dogs also enjoyed the spacious yard! Highly recommend!

Great family time at the beach

Nice place to stay to get away for awhile and go to the beach. Holden Beach and the surrounding beaches were beautiful and easy to get to. Beach combing for shells was a lot of fun. House was spacious and comfortable. Very well appointed.

Great little spot!

Exactly as described and perfect for our group! Had a hard time getting in but got immediate assistance and all was good the rest of the stay. Suggest more dinnerware, cups and glasses as we had to wash every day for 5 of us. Otherwise great little spot and super close to the rest of our family staying in Dunescapes by the beach!

Wonderful Stay super close to oceanfront !

We absolutely loved staying in this home ! It is beautiful and has a wonderful costal feel. So close to the beach. We loved the extra area (den space ) off the kitchen to give us space to spread out and relax. We will def book again in the future !

Clean, close to beach and dog friendly!!!!

The house was close enough to the beach and reasonably priced for a teachers salary
 the house was super comfy and loved that there weren’t a lot of places to scatter. We just hung out together the whole time!!! The food lion is not even a mile away and the beach was maybe 2 miles. We lived the quieter 800’s block and it was only 7 minutes away. Parking was a pain and expensive too. I didn’t budget for that, so it would be good to put that on Vrbo for a heads up. Also a day parking pass only works for that lot. You can’t leave and come back because there may not be parking available as we found out. But we loved our time at Holden beach!

Beautiful place!

Such a good experience staying here! So convenient to everything around! Beautiful house inside! Have a closed in back for your dog. I have nothing to complain about. 10/10 stay!
