Location, location, location! This cottage is perfect for your family, kids and guests!

The ELCO BEACHFRONT cottage is a desired premium location at the Sun Communities Resort retreat at Sherkston Shores Beach Resort.

- Plenty of private outdoor space for this cottage includes a large patio deck, propane BBQ and propane fire table, private grassy side yard

- Fully furnished private 2 BDRM cottage sleeps 8 guests. The bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. There is a pull out sofa in the living room with a pull across screen for privacy. The add-a-room has a pull out sofa, second dining table and TV.

- The fully equipped kitchen has counter space for prep work, a dining table, and opens up to the living room
a comfortable space to enjoy!  It also has a dish washer, Keurig pod and regular coffee makers.

- Air conditioning  and  5 ceiling fans, 60” smart TV, and internet.

- The entire cottage is for private use of guests.

- Lifted golf cart included, two private parking spots.

- We will supply linens, however, we kindly ask that guests bring their own face and bath towels, personal toiletries, and any other essentials they may require during their stay.

This is a lovely spot for a family or friends. Roxane is a wonderful host and maintains her property extremely well. She is very responsive and cares about her renters. We will certainly be back!

It was an awesome experience, very convenient by being right on the beach, views were gorgeous every morning and night, quiet street, cottage had everything we needed and more. The fire ban was a little annoying but there is nothing we can do about it. Would definitely recommend the location

Beautiful Spot on the Beach!

We enjoyed two beautiful days at Roxane's cottage on Elco Beach at Sherkston Shores. Check in was seamless, and the cottage was very tidy and had all of the comforts needed for a great stay. Roxane was a great host, we look forward to another stay!

Excellent stay!!

Location at resort and the cottage was outfitted perfectly for what we needed!! Stayed with 3 boys under 9 and Grandma. Everyone fit perfectly and the boys having their own living room and tv was great for winding down after busy days on the beach and water park. We had a great time!! Thank you for an awesome vacation!!

Great water front cottage!

Roxanne and her husband were great to work with. They came over to check on us a couple times. Brought us some delicious hot spring rolls our first night, Which were delicious. The place was clean and comfortable for a family of 4-5. Would highly recommended And rent from them again!

Family holiday

We loved being right at the water, sunsets/rises were beautiful. Spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the weather. The only drawback was the abundance of wasps that took over any food or drink. We definitely recommend bringing a few traps with you.

Heavenly view!

I rented this place to spend some quality time with four of my grandchildren and let me tell you they had a blast! The property is equipped with everything you could need for your stay. There was so much for them to do between the water park and the fabulous beach. The view of the lake from the cottage deck is spectacular! Roxane even brought us some scrumptious homemade spring rolls!

Beach life

Beautiful view of Lake Erie off the back deck. We had an issue w the lockbox, our fault, w/in 5 mins the owner was there to help us. We ask for a map of the gated area . When we got back from dinner it was ttaped on the door.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love Sherkston Shores Beach Resort so much! This is a family oriented gated private vacation resort. It has 2 1/2 miles of sandy beaches on Lake Erie. On some days we use the Lake Erie Beaches Elco Beach, Wyldewood Beach, Sunset Beach and Empire Beach. Other days we use the Quarry Lake Beach which has its own unique features including a weekly movie night (July & August) on the beach and weekly fireworks (July & August). And other days we use the FunPlex which has 2 heated swimming pools, a kiddie shallow pool, a kid's splash pad, a hot tub and 3 Mach3 giant water slides. This resort has almost every outdoor and summer activity so it's difficult to list them all. Take a look at our pictures to get a good idea. Please contact us with questions.
