Wonderful On the Beach Cottage pour créer des souvenirs et se détendre

Profitez de notre chalet sur la plage de l'eau. Trois chambres situées sur l'eau sur le lac Érié Bertie Bay. C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et jouer dans l'eau. C'est un lieu de vacances idéal pour une famille et un endroit idéal pour un couple ou deux

Ce chalet n'est pas un endroit pour faire la fête ou pour accueillir des événements. Si vous cherchez une belle maison au bord de l'eau pour des groupes plus importants ou une fête, nous sommes une belle grande maison de plage. C'est le # 9118451. Il dispose également d'une piscine.

Notre chalet a une grande véranda, une cuisine à aire ouverte, une grande terrasse extérieure pour les repas et un coin salon qui surplombe l'eau.

Vous pouvez vous prélasser au soleil ou passer à la grande terrasse ombragée pour profiter avec des arbres matures Les deux donnent sur l'eau pour profiter de la vue. Il s'agit d'une plage privée pour les propriétaires de chalets locaux. Le lac n'est qu'à quelques pas de la porte. Détendez-vous, pagayez, pêchez et profitez. Profitez de belles promenades le long de la plage ou faites une longue promenade sur le sentier.

Près des commodités comme l'épicerie, les magasins, les terrains de golf, les restaurants, les pistes cyclables, les marchés de producteurs et à seulement quelques minutes en voiture des chutes du Niagara.

Had a wonderful time at the lake. Their home was clean and well organized. The beautiful view of the lake was only magnified by the morning songs of the local birds. Highly recommend this home for any occasion

Lake view was awesome. It was nice to sit on the patio in nice lawn chairs and just watch the water, very relaxing. The grounds were not well kept. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very out dated. We were not impressed with them. Kitchen and sitting are were very nice. The air hockey table was not working. The owner was very nice and easy to talk to. He corrected the problem with the tv very quickly.

Our cottage is accurately represented in our listing photos—a comfortable, full-season lakeside retreat with rustic charm rather than a modern design. While some finishes, including the bathrooms, are not newly renovated, they are clean, well maintained, and fully functional. Guests also enjoy Smart TVs, quality appliances, and a dishwasher. Your stay coincided with an unusually wet period in early June, which delayed lawn maintenance throughout the area. We appreciate your understanding. We’re also sorry the air hockey table wasn’t working. We encourage guests to let us know about any issues during their stay so we can address them promptly, just as we did with the TV remote, for which we now keep a spare. Many guests return year after year because they enjoy the peaceful ambiance and exceptional waterfront setting. The patio is a favorite for morning coffee, while the sunroom offers beautiful evening lake views. In the fall and winter, guests especially enjoy relaxing beside the cozy gas stove. We welcome future guests to experience the charm, comfort, and outstanding views that have made this cottage a favorite for many returning visitors.

Great location and lovely hosts

We had a great time exploring Canada’s South Coast while staying at the cottage. Central to Niagara, Niagara on the Lake and Crystal Beach. Clean and just as described. Hosts were great with giving us tips on how to make the most of our visit. We really had a great stay!

Extended weekend getaway

My family stayed here while we explored the surrounding area. It's a lovely home, with a view that is EVERYTHING. The kitchen had every cooking utensil we needed, the bathrooms had excellent water pressure. We enjoyed the walking trails and the patio overlooking the water. Pizza from Mabel's was amazing!

Beautiful location

We had a great getaway in January. The cottage is large and well appointed. The views of the water were amazing and we enjoyed beach walks every morning. We would love to come back in the summer to really take advantage of the view and the cottage. Our trip was unfortunately cut short due to an illness in the family but we will definitely plan to come back!

Great view of Lake Erie!

We really loved the view of the Lake! The house itself had some positives: great kitchen, large window room facing Lake Erie, and a nice living room. Since we are older we would hesitate to rent again due to no safety rails at porch and bathrooms. The bathrooms really need renovation. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Spacious bungalow with a great view

We staed 4 days in mid October with a couple of unusually warm days. Spacious bungalow with large bedrooms, kitchen and 2 living areas. We had long walks along the beach. Brad was very helpful in resolving some issues.

The view was amazing, the host was very attentive and friendly. The house needs to be updated for example the bedding and towels were worn and old. The back deck was splintered and should be cleaned. Steps leading down to the beach were hazardous. Because of these things we would not return to this house

Memorable Family Vacation

Weather was great except, it was so hot to be in the main living room/kitchen & front room. Window air conditioning is in bedrooms only (and they were not clean) The kitchen and living room area were a nice area to have the family all together. We covered the couches with our own throws. Bathrooms were decent. Beds comfy (we took our own bedding & pillows) Floors should have been cleaner and the windows as well. Beach was nice and water was great during our stay. It was something different our family did this summer and we made good memories. We had a nice time.

We had a wonderful time. The beach was beautiful and the water was shallow so great for young children. There's plenty of outdoor seating and a good size table. There are concrete stairs to the beach but you do have to rock hop the last bit. It could be a little difficult. The kitchen and common space weren't air-conditioned but there was a nice breeze and several fans. There were comfortable couches and plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms were air-conditioned and the beds were comfy.Brad and Kim were really helpful and sent lots of info about things to do and places to eat in the area. We would recommend this property to friends.

place itself was ok. but big problem with the owner billing us more than DOUBLE the advertised price and vrbo allowing it.After weeks searching for a place and selecting the best fit for guests and budget. we didnt studdy the invoice - the same way you dont study your receipt when leaving the grocery store. Not only were we charged more than double but occupancy was for 8 and we were charged extra for everyone beyond THREE People including my 2 month old grandson who paid EXTRA beyond the adverized weekly rate.

Great winter getaway

We stayed for a week in January, and the cottage was exactly as expected. It was cozy and had a great view of the lake. We had daily walks on the shove ice on the shore and along the beach where we were able at the protected beach area to the west. The kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised there were no books or board games at the cottage, but there was a deck of cards, and those came in handy. It was very quiet as the neighbouring cottages were empty, and we enjoyed the the privacy and solitude. We would certainly consider returning in the future.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We also use the cottage as much as we can. However, with kids sports, friends and family events we are away at times and like to see others enjoy. Our friends have stayed and loved our place. It is set up to be comfortable to enjoy cottage living.

We have wifi, cable, smart tv and such as it seems the kids and who am i kidding us adults all wish to be connected.

This is a nice cottage to ensure we manage expectations it is not a luxury high end home while the views are definitley 5 star. It is great for the spring, summer and the falls are amazing (it is heated and has a gas fire place).

Our beach has a nice sandbar and this bay is great for all activities. We love it here; its our slice of paradise. We hope you will also enjoy.
