This newly renovated large home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A spacious game room, with an video arcade and fooz ball table., 80in TV and a huge sectional to father round. Lots of other games for the whole family.
The living/dining/kitchen are all open concept with plenty of room for sitting. From the large sectional to dinning table for 10 and barstools at the island.
The outside patio host a sectional and table for all to gather round. HEB or Kroger are both conveniently close for shopping. Other primary location convenient to the house,,
5 Miles to Texas A&M University
4.5 Miles to Northgate
3 Miles to Downtown Bryan
1 Mile to hospital
1.5 Miles to Philips Golf Course
7 Miles to Easterwood Airport
Walking distance to Camelot Park

The Colonel is located in one of Bryan's established neighborhoods. This home has all the essentials to make wonderful memories. Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind.

Best House and Host Ever!

The host was very attentive and met us at house with a walk through. He has thought of EVERYTHING! we celebrated my sons graduation and this house was absolutely perfect! Lots of room, great backyard and patio. Great location. House was clean and had all that we needed

Great House

Our family of 8 stayed at The Colonel for a week during the USATF youth track meet. Brian was very hospitable and helpful. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and had plenty of space for our large family. The private fenced yard was nice for the kids, as well as the game room.

Home review

We rented the home for my daughter’s Aggie ring day. The home is so beautiful, clean, great location. Spacious enough to celebrate special events, it had everything we needed. Very comfortable, the back yard was perfect!! The host was above and beyond spectacular!

Football Weekwns

6 of us were in town for the Notre Dame/Texas A&M football game and had loads of fun. The house is beautiful, fully equipped and very close to campus. Brian checked us in personally as soon as we arrived and was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in College Station!

Colonel did not disappoint!

This house was amazing and the Property Manager was great. The house was clean and smelled amazing. There were little amenities everywhere... bottles of water in the refrigerator, snacks on the counter, great bathroom items to use. My husband left his chargers at the house and the property manager mailed them back to us. My only regret, we were only there for two nights.
