Midtown: New Home, 2 Miles to A&M/TV in Every Room

Brand new home, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and 3.5 baths with reserved parking. This home is walking distance to Legends Events Center/Midtown Park and right down South College from Texas A&M University (Literally, one turn and you are at the Texas A&M campus...2 miles). The home and the location could not be better for access to all things Texas A&M, tournaments at the Legends Event Center, Top Golf...and you can even walk to the new Schulman Theater and catch a movie. It truly does not get better than this in Bryan/College Station. Guests love our beds...3 of the bedrooms have comfy KING beds and the fourth has two comfy Queens and a TV. The home also features a washer and dryer for your convenience. Oh and yeah...enjoy the Southern porches and TV in every room (log into your personal streaming accounts)!

Perfect for our needs. I'm a lawyer who took some East Coast bankers to the Florida game and it was perfect. Well appointed, clean, and great location for the price. Parking was easy. Will definitely use this property again.

Excellent stay in Bryan, Tx

Property was very clean and easy to get to! We had 6 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child and there was plenty of space for everyone! Owner was quick to respond to messages and accommodate our needs when our plans changed! Will definitely stay here again!!

Overall, our stay was wonderful! I will say that if it rains it’s easier to pull around to the back to get the key (we didn’t realize there was a back lot until after I’d already walked down the side). Photos of property are accurate, and the location makes it very easy to access anything and everything you need.

I was in Texas for work and that was a great home to stay in. Plenty of space. Very clean. Fast WiFi. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

This was a fun place and conveniently located - near enough to zip on over to campus but on a calm, quiet street. It’s brand new with a thoughtful layout for a large group. It’s bright, spacious, and nicely decorated. All the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for dining-in. There more than enough towels. The host provided ample necessities (paper products, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, lots of K-cups for the Keurig, and an abundance of basic toiletries in each bathroom). The unit had two allotted parking spaces. We will definitely consider staying here again.
