Named after its hidden gem, The Speakesy boasts a secret theatre room concealed behind a bookshelf door, adding an element of mystery and intrigue to your stay.

Available for extended stays (28–90 days). Ideal for relocations, insurance stays, and work assignments.



The Space:

With 3 bedrooms spread across two levels, including a cozy master bedroom in the lower level, The Speakesy accommodates 6 guests in comfort and style.



The Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meals.

Dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.



Private outdoor space with BBQ



2 car parking.



Laundry machines available.



Towels and bedding are included





Main level: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower/tub combination, kitchen, dining room with walk out to back deck, living room with Smart TV, and of course the charming theatre room.

Note that you do need your own accounts for Netflix and other apps.

Lower level: 2 bedrooms incl. master bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and laundry room.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property. There are no other units or shared spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the West end of St. Catharines in close proximity to Downtown, Meridian Center, Montebello Park, highway access, shops and restaurants.

Deposit:

A $500 pre-authorized hold will be placed on your credit card a few days before check-out for incidentals. This is not a charge—just a temporary hold—and it will be automatically released within a few days after your stay, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.



⚠️ Note: We firmly work within our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking in case of unexpected changes, illness, or travel delays. Please note, refunds on cancelled reservations are subject to a payment processing fee of roughly 3%.



House Rules:

- Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets or service animals, due to allergies.

- No unauthorized guests allowed. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.

- Absolutely no parties or loud music. Outdoor noise but be kept to a reasonable volume in respect of our neighbours.

- Outdoor quiet hours between 9pm-9am.

- Unauthorized late check out fees apply.

- Charges apply when house rules are broken.
