Take a break and slow down at Turtle Ridge. This peaceful getaway is quiet and has beautiful mountain views. You will feel miles away from everything, but are only 6 miles from the heart of Sparta. Sparta’s quaint downtown offers multiple live music venues, restaurants and shopping, especially the Tik-Tok famous Sparta Candle Company. Located just off the Blue Ride Parkway you are just a short drive from Mt. Airy, West Jefferson and Boone.

Great communication with host. Place very quiet, peaceful so had a relaxation which we wanted. Clean with all amenities provided. View was nice and the sunsets were awesome.

Very nice property. House was very clean, comfortable and had a very relaxing vibe. Sparta, Galax, Blue Ridge Parkwayand many Christmas tree farms are all close by. Was greeted by the deer every evening. Plan to come back to this property in the near future.

Quiet location with a nice view. The house is comfortable and clean, access was easy. Beware of the patio umbrella in the photo. It was laying on the deck and when we attempted to put it up a ton of ant eggs poured out all over the table and deck, along with a few long dead insects. It was a shame since we had already wiped down the table and were ready to relax and enjoy the view. We retreated and enjoyed the view from inside. Everything else was as expected.

Sweet Getaway

Husband and I spent a getaway weekend in this cute little house on top of a pretty ridge. House was fresh, clean and had everything we needed. It is well decorated with thoughtful extras. Views are beautiful. We shopped for Christmas in Sparta’s cute shops and picked up a freshly cut tree. If you haven’t visited Sparta, you really should rent this house and check it out.

Peaceful Stay

We loved staying here for a long weekend. It was wonderfully peaceful and quiet. It was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and even stayed up late to watch the meteor shower. Would love to come back for another visit. Highly recommend.

Unexpected outdoor serenity.

The home is extremely clean and well furnished. At dusk, I saw two rabbits grazing,two deer crossing the road and heard two owls calling out to each other. We will return.

Blue Ridge Fiber Festival

Our group was in town for the Blue Ridge Fiber Festival. We spent two nights at this lovely property. The deck and the scenery were fabulous. And we thought that decor was beautifully done. We enjoyed our stay greatly. We would book this vacation property again.
