Profitez de 2150 pieds carrés d'espace de vie dans ce condo de vacances à Rocky Ridge décoré dans un style montagnard, avec des salles de bain et de cuisine récemment rénovées et un tout nouveau tapis. Lorsque vous marchez dans la porte il y a une belle entrée sur deux niveaux avec un placard de l'entrée pour stocker vous êtes équipement de plein air. Suivez les étapes jusqu'à la salle de séjour qui est lumineux et ouvert avec de hauts plafonds voûtés, une grande cheminée à bois avec de la roche entourant un siège de fenêtre pour se détendre et un bar pour se divertir. La salle à manger est ouverte sur le salon avec une longue table de la dalle et des bancs. Profitez BBQing sur le pont arrière paisible ou se prélasser au soleil. La cuisine mise à niveau a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour faire un repas. Il y a une deuxième salle à manger hors de la cuisine, ainsi qu'un autre espace de vie ou den ou de la zone de couchage supplémentaire que le canapé en fait un lit. Il y a un demi-bain à ce niveau aussi. En bas, dans la première chambre il y a deux lits jumeaux. Partout dans le hall il y a une salle en contrebas "superposés" avec des lits superposés. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size. Ces chambres se partagent une grande salle de bain complète au bout du couloir. La chambre principale a un lit king size, salon, petite terrasse extérieure et un bain complet assis avec un bain à remous. Unité dispose d'un accès Wifi et le câble. Rocky Ridge est une communauté fermée de 60 acres entouré par l'Etat des terres forestières, où vous pourrez profiter de la nature sur l'un des nombreux sentiers de randonnée ou de VTT à quelques pas. Les installations comprennent 2 piscines, 2 spas (dont l'un est ouvert tout l'hiver), le tennis, le basket-ball, aire de jeux, terrain de boule de Bocce et d'une plage privée avec une jetée, des bouées, des installations pour barbecue, club-house et un terrain de volley. Chaque location condo offre des plafonds voûtés de style montagnard, de belles cheminées rocheuses, une cuisine entièrement équipée, tous ensemble dans un plan d'étage de deux étages ouvert.

Excellent stay

This vacation property had everything we needed. Great location, easy checkin, dog-friendly, and stocked with all supplies required. The unit even had a dutch oven - a first for me while renting units for family vacations. Our group loved all the various nooks and crannies to hang out in. I had to contact the host for a propane tank to BBQ, and I was called within hours to replace our empty one. I would definitely stay here again.

I was lead to believe the units were side by side, but when we arrived, they were not. They weren’t far from each other, so we made the best of it. We arrived at check-in time and they hadn’t started on cleaning our units. We were finally able to enter 2 hours later. Both refrigerators were barely cold enough to keep our food from spoiling. Although it was a bad start, the condos are very comfortable and the property is beautiful with all kinds of activities. The private beach is a huge bonus.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It has plenty of room and is a great location. We will definitely stay here again. The couches should be updated. They are too small for a place this size and noticeably stained. The kitchen should be revisited as well. There are not enough serving bowls, Tupperware, etc for a place this size, and not enough toilet paper, dish pods or trash bags were provided for the length of our stay, necessitating a trip to the store. Other than that, we felt very comfortable in this house and had a wonderful time.

needs some improvements

We have been coming to this property for 20 years and there have been been no changes as far as the linens. The pull out bed in the den upstairs is horrible. Even our grandchildren were uncomfortable. I needed to pad it, because the springs poked through. However, we did appreciate the new hardwood floors, refrigerator, flat screens and wi fi. We love the property and location.

On the surface the place looked clean but wasn't, clean the carpets more often and they need to up grade the pots and pans. We've stayed in this unit many times over the years and it needs more upgrading!The comforters need to be cleaned more often and the mattress pads need to be changed, especially on the king bed in the master bedroom!
