Great stay with family - 4 adults and 6 teens. Great location for the teens with pool, workout room and easy walk to shops and beach. Planning on coming back next year.

Perfect Family Getaway at the perfect location

Our family of 10 stayed here for the first time, and the house was amazing. We appreciated that the master did not have a king size bed, but instead, a queen size with a crib. Out new grand-daughter stayed in there. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment and dishes.Only downside was the garage was too small to fit my Ram 1500, so had to buy another parking pass to park on the side of the road, The community it is in is almost resort class, with almost everything you could need, including a couple private bay beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

House was well maintained. Very clean!! Kitchen was stocked. The welcome package with dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods etc was nice. There were also beach chairs, sand toys, small beach umbrella, pop up tent, beach cart, 3 bikes and a kid bike. Pool and beach were clean. We love the beach bar and restaurant. The only negative thing I would say is that we had 9 people on our reservation and were only given 6 pool tags. So we had to juggle around who was going to the pool/bay beach/ocean side beach. I understand that we could purchase additional tags but for the cost of the rental I think pool tags should be given for the amount of people staying at the property. It won’t deter us from coming again because we love Sunset Island and have been coming for years. Just something to think about.

It was a great place to stay for a family group of 8. Only 10 minutes walk to ocean, 5 minutes to 2 pools and the bay beach, with restaurants, a grocery store and miniature golf all also with in walking distance. The house was the perfect space for all of us. Loved it!!
