Sunset Island is Loved for it's Amazing Amenities
This large townhome has 4 levels comfortably sleeping 12 in its 5 bedrooms. The living room and kitchen area allow for plenty of room when the group is together, yet the multiple levels and 4 balconies allow everyone their own quiet space to relax. As you enter the first floor you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom and a smart TV. It's a great location for the couple that want some privacy. On the main level you'll find the living room area with a queen-size sleeper sofa and TV with cable. The kitchen area features large cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is ready to cook those cost-saving meals at home. Kitchen seating includes a large kitchen table, island seating and oval dining room table that can double as a game table. On the 3rd floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and smart TV. The master bath has a stand-up shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 3 has two twins and bedroom 4 has a double. The hallway bath has a combination tub and shower. The top level has a queen-size bed, twin-size sleeper sofa and a smart TV. The bath has a combination tub and shower. There is a full-size washer and of course free Wi-Fi. The garage and parking pad allow for 3 cars to park. You will also find a grill, 6 beach chairs and a wagon for easy transport of your items to the beach or pool. The outside shower is great for washing up after a long day at the beach!
You will love the resort community of Sunset Island. With its brightly colored homes, large porches, brick sidewalks and beautiful streets, you will think you are in a Charleston, SC neighborhood. The lighted streets lend, and walking paths lend themselves to romantic strolls around the community. With water on 3 sides of the community, those walks will be sure to have some magnificent views including those world-famous Ocean City sunsets! This community is full of amenities. There is an indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, 3 beaches, fishing/crabbing pier, boat ramp/slips, island cafe/pool bar, general store and 24-hour security.
If all of that wasn't enough, you will only be a few blocks from the ocean, dining, miniature golf course and a bus stop. Strategically located on 67th street it will be an easy drive/bus ride to all the fun that Ocean City has to offer!

* The community resort fee includes parking for 3 cars and 6 pool passes. The price is as follows 1/1 to 4/30 = $100, 5/1 to 5/23 = $150, 5/24 to 9/12 = $200, 9/13 - 9/30 = $150 and 10/1 to 12/31 = $100. Additional pool and parking passes may be purchased at $75 each. These fees will be due at the time of check-in at Sunset Island. We are not responsible for any changes/ differences in community fees or changes in pool operation/ closures.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping home.
* There is parking for 3 vehicles- 1 in the garage and 2 on the driveway outside of the garage.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Owner provides a gas grill for this property. Guests are responsible for cleaning it after each use.
* The private Sunset Island beaches do not allow 4 post canopies or coverings.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
