When you step into our home you immediately see the floor to ceiling windows displaying the lake views from 3 stories up! The first living space offers cozy and modern seating, a large smart TV and a telescope, a spacious dining table, open concept fully stocked kitchen, and access to the top patio space. Head down the stairs for another living space and a kitchenette! This room along with practically all of the others also features gorgeous lake views and access to another patio. Spread out on the couch, enjoy TV, whip up a snack, and enjoy a board game all from this space. Lastly, head down the stairs again for another living space and kitchenette complete with views, another Smart TV, board games, and a poker table!



Outside, enjoy the home's best amenity - the picturesque shore of Beaver Lake! Take in the breathtaking views from the THREE lake-facing patios, where you'll find an outdoor grill, a dining table, 2 Smart TVs, plenty of comfortable lounge seating, and hammocks! Perfect for enjoying meals al fresco or simply unwinding amidst nature's beauty.



We invite you to experience the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and natural beauty. The water is just a short drive, bike, or 0.7 mile walk away to Prairie Creek Marina where you can rent a boat, rent a slip, or just enjoy the public swim areas. If you're looking to spend time in town the busy and historic Downtown Rogers is only 4.6 miles away!



When it's time to go to sleep there are 6 bedrooms to choose from:

(1) On the top level there is a primary suite with a King bed, patio access, and large and private bathroom with a huge soaking tub and shower.

(2) On the middle floor there is another primary suite with a King bed, patio access, and a large private bathroom.

(3) On the middle floor there is another bedroom with a King bed, patio access, and a nearby bathroom.

(4) On the middle floor there is a bedroom with 5 Twin beds (great for the kids)!

(5) On the bottom floor there is another bedroom with a King bed, patio access, and an attached bathroom that also is accessible through the living area.

(6) Lastly, on the bottom floor there is a bedroom with Queen bed, patio access, and a nearby bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located on a street with nearby neighboring houses. Beaver Lake is visible from the property but there is no direct access as the walk is too steep. Closest water access is Prairie Creek Marina - less than a mile away!



Getting Around:

Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities of Prairie Creek Marina and Beaver Lake. Just a short drive to Downtown Rogers.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet friendly.

★ Please note there is only parking for 4 vehicles at the property. We provide 3 additional passes to park at Prairie Creek Marina!

★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
