All the amenities

We had an amazing stay at this house. We had everything we needed, the house was beautiful and well stocked. Mary was extremely responsive and one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Wonderful gathering place for family

This was a true home away from home for our adult children to meet us for five nights and six days of relaxation. The property is more adult-oriented in setup and amenities but Mary and John were able to provide us with a much-needed high chair for our granddaughter and there were some pool noodles, etc as well. :) It's an amazing design that each bedroom, as well as the family room/bar, living room and kitchen, all open with sliders to the multi-level deck and pool. Very generous hosts and we can definitely see ourselves returning!

Great stay in Sag Harbor!

This house was PERFECT for our combined family vacation stay! We had 6 adults and 2 small children and the house was perfect for all! Plenty of space, the pool was super, and the location was very convenient to the beaches and town for shopping and restaurants. Our hosts, Mary and John, were nothing short of amazing! They were very easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a large-scale rental in the Sag Harbor/Hamptons area.

Clean, spacious, comfortable

Lovely and comfortable property, multilevel decks can be accessed from each floor. Felt like staying with friends - lots of amenities, fully stocked kitchen, plentiful towels, sheets, pool toys, and beach toys. Mary, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful.

Amazing!!

This house was perfect and the overall trip exceeded our expectations. Mary was a lovely host and the house was prepared with more amenities than I could list! The pictures are a very accurate representation of the house and it was extremely clean - even cleaner than I expected and we are picky! The bed linens and towels were beautiful and looked brand new! The location is ideal - off the beaten path and SO quiet but only 5 minutes to downtown or the beach. Ou daughters are 4 and 7 and the house was very kid friendly for them. I truly cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!! Thank you Mary!!

Absolutely perfect!

I wanted to do something special with my family for my 70th Birthday! My 2 sons with their wives and families 3 boys ages 5,7,9 and Grandma (me) made the memories of a lifetime! This house is so beautiful and perfect for families of all ages. Mary and John made us feel so welcome when we checked in. I felt as though we were staying in a friends home. They took the time to tell us all about the beautiful house and about the area. The house provided us with everything we needed. Our week at Mary and John’s lovely home was beyond my wildest dreams. Thanks for the memories 💗☘️💗

Fantastic Holiday

We had a wonderful holiday at this large and well appointed home. We had different ages at the home and the 2 living areas with spacious decks made it fun for all. The sport enthusiast could catch up with their favorite sports team in the media room , while others could catch up with conversation in the great room. The TV's in all the bedrooms was a nice plus . The location of the house was perfect. Minutes from Sag Harbor Village The owners John and Mary were very helpful and let us know they were readily available If needed. I am looking forward to returning here for another fab holiday!

Perfect!

Visited sag harbor with our kids in the fall and we all had a blast! Perfect home with everything you need. Kids loved the heated pool, we loved the three levels for privacy. Short drive to vineyards, downtown, beach and all local attractions. We would highly recommend this property & cannot wait to make another trip back this year!

The place to Be!

We had a perfect week in this incredible space! The house is beautifully appointed allowing for family gatherings and the space and comfort for quiet, if so desired. The three level structure, with a well furnished veranda on each level, overlooking the pool, provides the ultimate for relaxation and leisure. The house decor enhances the natural beauty of the area so that we were loathe to leave the comfort of the house area and the pool to explore the many opportunities for enjoyment in the greater Southampton area. However, we spent some very relaxing hours strolling on the nearby beaches, visiting the wineries and enjoying the fine cuisine of the local restaurants. Our A plus experience certainly calls for a return visit!
