Pros: unit was in fantastic proximity to the beach, just a quick walk. Patio area was relaxing and well equipped. Unit was clean for the most part. Complex was secure and safe. Grocery store was a quick 15 min walk. Cons: Unfortunately we had some issues with check in where the lock code didn’t work. Unit was missing items I thought would be available (wash cloths, hand towels, etc). Master bedroom bedding appeared to not be laundered - we grabbed sheets from the spare room to use.

Where you stay is a key factor in making a good vacation GREAT. We have booked numerous times with VRBO, but have to say that Sarah (owner) was the most responsive that we have come across. I think the longest we ever had to wait for a response to a text was 15 minutes. Unit was very clean, well equipped, easy to access. The property (condo buildings) where the unit is located maintains the property very well and there were several tradesmen working there maintaining the property. I strongly urge you to consider this location. Unit is well furnished with all the toys that you need to enjoy your stay. Noticed that it is equipped for a family with small kids as we saw kids bathtub, toys, etc.

Schönes Appartement etwas weiter weg vom Strand wie beschrieben

Wenn jemand aus Europa anreist ist dass Appartement echt in Ordnung was die GrĂ¶ĂŸe angeht. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer jedes verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Badezimmer.Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern.Im Wohnzimmer ist keine Klimaanlage jedoch zwei Deckenventilatoren und einen Raumventilator.Der Balkon ist groß.Allgemein ist es sauber, jedoch sollten das Geschirr, GlĂ€ser etc. nach Bedarf nochmal gespĂŒlt werden.Der KĂŒhlschrank ist Bombe! KĂŒhlt mega gut und das Gefrierfach kĂŒhlt GetrĂ€nke innerhalb weniger Minuten!Die Waschmaschine ist leider ziemlich laut und wĂ€scht nicht besonders gut.An sonsten ist der Ventilator in einem Badezimmer etwas laut sollte evtl. Ausgetauscht werden bevor er den Geist aufgibt. Swimmingpool wird einmal die Woche denke ich gereinigt.Könnte zwei mal die Woche sein, da das Wasser etwas trĂŒb wirkt.WC's am Pool sind schrecklich! Passen ĂŒberhaupt nicht zum Objekt. Immer dreckig!Der junge Objektbetreuer ist absolut top! Macht sehr viel damit der Aufenthalt entspannt verlĂ€uft.Zum Strand sind es jedoch etwas mehr wie vier Minuten.Vor allem muss man aufpassen, da es ein Privat Strand ist (also mann kann keine GetrĂ€nke, Grill, kleinen KĂŒhlschrank oder Ă€hnliches dabei haben)Zudem Schließt das Tor um 19:00 Uhr.Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein Kind 8 Jahre alt vor Ort. Platz im Appartement ist auf jeden Fall genug!

Amazing stay

I had an amazing time in the Dominican Republic at Sarah‘s condo. Everything you could need was provided. She’s very responsive, the location is very close to the beach. I like to cook and she had everything you could need to make meals. I would definitely stay again if I came back to the DR

Responsive and Relaxing

Very close to the beach as advertised. Host was very quick with responses when we had questions. Great condo complex with nice balconies and chill pool. Only downside was no walking distance restaurants bc we were between resorts, but Uber was very cheap so we were able to take that north a bit where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. UberEats is available if you want to stay in instead.

Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing vacation at Sarah’s property. Sarah was an excellent host, answering all of our questions promptly with detail and care. She checked in to ensure everything was okay during our stay, which of course it was! The apartment was so conveniently located minutes from the beach and what we consider the prime location to park yourself for a day of R and R. Inside the apartment, was everything we needed for our stay, including clear instructions that had some very helpful tips (eg. ordering more water, using Uber Eats, etc.). This was our first time in the Dominican and we have already booked our return next year.Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely AMAZING PROPERTY MANAGER!!!

The property itself is beautiful modern condo. Literally a 5 min walk to the beach, balcony over looks the swimming pool. Anything you may need is in the condo!! Now about Sarah! We originally booked through a friend of ours and their property had a few issues she wasnt aware of. I got on VRBO and found this condo and Sarah allowed me to get into this condo on extremely short notice, I'm talking hours. We had a minor issue when we 1st got into the condo and Sarah had it resolved within 20 minutes. She also gave us tip on where to order food from and how to just navigate while we are staying in Punta Cana. When i come back i will be booking with her!!!

It was exactly as described in the listing!

We had a wonderful stay, the place is great for families! The kitchen was perfectly equipped, the beds really comfortable, the neighborhood was safe and convenient to get around so many places to eat and shopping areas; the beach just 3 minutes walking distance and the host was fantastic; I’ll definitely comeback with my family.
