Rénové, vue sur le golfe, piscine chauffée, téléviseurs intelligents sur 30A avec accès direct à la plage

Notre unité de coin plus recherchée au premier étage de 2 chambres est située dans le bâtiment 500 et offre une vue panoramique sur le golfe, les dunes de sable et l'entrée de la promenade depuis notre salon / terrasse. AUCUNE route très fréquentée à traverser ou pas à monter !! Environ 2 minutes à pied de la plage. Des chaises de plage sont disponibles pour votre usage sans frais supplémentaires avec cet appareil.
Le condo a une suite parentale avec lit queen-size. La deuxième chambre a deux lits superposés et il y a un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon qui peut accueillir deux personnes. Si vous voyagez avec un bébé, il y a un pack et jouer (sur demande) dans le placard de la chambre.
Des télévisions par câble à écran plat sont situées dans tout le logement. Un téléviseur HD intelligent de 40 pouces avec DVD est situé dans le salon / salle à manger. Un téléviseur Smart HDTV à écran plat de 32 pouces est situé dans la chambre principale. Un téléviseur HD intelligent de 20 pouces avec DVD se trouve dans la deuxième chambre.
Les commodités de notre complexe, Beachside Villas, comprennent deux piscines extérieures (dont une chauffée pour l'hiver), 2 courts de tennis éclairés, un jeu de palets, un jeu de maïs, des grils extérieurs, une terrasse de fête sur le lac adjacent, des douches à laver et un accès immédiat à la promenade à la plus belle plage du monde!
Beachside Villas est idéalement situé loin de la foule MAIS très proche de tant d'activités qui ramènent les gens à cette partie de la Panhandle année après année. Il est situé à proximité de Destin et de Panama City Beach - SEASIDE est à moins de 5 minutes également. Vous pouvez louer des vélos et parcourir les belles pistes cyclables vers la charmante plage de Rosemary Beach, Seaside et Grayton Beach. En outre, Deer Lake State Park est à moins d'un mile sur la plage avec des sentiers de randonnée et des dunes de sable. Les meilleurs terrains de golf sont à proximité, y compris Camp Creek et Santa Rosa Golf Club.
La station balnéaire de San Destin et les magasins d'usine de Silver Springs sont à 20 minutes. En outre, le golf miniature, Pier Park, Shell Island et les parcs aquatiques se trouvent à proximité à Panama City ou Destin.

A great stay!! I was 30w pregnant with a toddler & 5YO when we came. No stairs and close parking was a life saver! Beach shuttle was so fast and convenient for us!! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed!

Great location

Great location, beautiful neighborhood! Just a short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to all the local shops. We rented e-bikes and that was definitely the best way to get around. Easy checkin process and close parking. We enjoyed the constant ocean view tremendously. Great, clean property.

511 Beachside was super clean (and I’m really picky!!), which we all appreciated. Access to and view of the beach was great. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and matched the general description in the listing. Everything was in working order, and the space was comfortable for our stay. Hosts were helpful and responsive though not the most pleasant. There were a few issues that future guests may want to be aware of. The “beach view” was very limited — it was only a small sliver of the beach visible between two buildings, not what most people would consider a beach view.There were also no blankets on the beds or extra linens provided. The condo does have a sofa bed, but when we asked about sheets for it, we were told we were not allowed to use the sofa bed and that it was not part of the listing, which was confusing.In addition, there was construction going on right outside our door during the stay, which was not mentioned in the listing or prior to arrival.Lastly, the checkout instructions were quite extensive, including taking out all trash, emptying the ice maker, sweeping, and completing a long list of tasks, which felt a bit excessive compared to other places we’ve stayed. The dryer also ruined one of my favorite shirts. Overall, the condo itself was nice and as described, but the view, lack of bedding, undisclosed construction, and the checkout expectations were disappointing.

We’ve updated our listing from “great gulf view” to “partial gulf view” and confirmed the previous photos you saw on our website reflect this view. We believe our patio and living room offer one of the better views in the complex and hope future guests enjoy it. We have many reviews of guests in the past that have enjoyed our view. We provide all sheets, pillows and spreads/blankets for each of the 5 beds listed on our website. We try to be proactive and specify in our welcome materials that if additional blankets are needed for the pack and play or living room area to please bring these personal items with you since these are not included/provided in your rental. Our listing specifies that we have 1 King and 2-twin-over-full bunk beds available (no sofa-bed listed). Our unit sleeps a maximum of 8 based on the arrangement of beds above. You were registered for 5 guests. However, we’ll address the website listing and welcome materials regarding the sofa bed unavailability for guest use. The checkout tasks have been simplified to reduce the burden while keeping the unit ready for the next guest. I’m sorry your shirt was damaged in the dryer — please send a photo and a brief description and I’ll follow up to resolve it. Thank you for the helpful suggestions; we’re making these changes to improve future guests’ stays.

Great location

Great place for a quick weekend away. Loved the lake/beach access. Lots of fun playing in the shallow waters of Eastern Lake. Convenient to restaurants and shopping yet away from the big crowds.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. We do have a special location since we are on the Gulf side of 30 A and near the natural dune lakes and state parks. We love having Eastern Lake and Deer Lake State park so close to our condo. And our favorite is the white sandy beaches.

The place was as advertised, which is always nice. My one nitpick would be all the rules. My wife and I pride ourselves on leaving places as clean, if not cleaner, than we found them. Some of these rules seemed a little heavyhanded, such as don't just put ice cubes in the sink but make sure they are melted. I totally understand the need for rules but that many of them certainly subtracted a little from our enjoyment.

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

This condo is perfectly located and a true home away from home. Things such a shelf in the kitchen to store groceries, command hooks in the shower for bathing suits, beach chairs and toys provided and the comfortable seating on the balcony make this the perfect place. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return!

Excellent Location

Beachside Villas 511 was perfect for our family of four. The proximity to the beach was great. The owners were extremely responsive and the condo provided everything we needed it to. This is a quiet community that I highly recommend when traveling with your family.

Glad you enjoyed your trip. One of the things we love the most is our location. We are tucked away off of 30A's busy traffic and very close to the beach. Quiet community but an easy walk, bike ride or drive to all of the 30A and The Hub activities if you desire.

Perfect spot!

This condo was perfect for our family of 7! Just steps to the beach, walking distance to coffee shops, located in a nice neighborhood, and the amenities and heated pool were perfect! The host was also incredibly kind and quick in helping us!

Most beautiful beach and white sand of all the beaches we visited. This is a quiet family community with ocean view, two heated pools, tennis courts, corn hole and shuffle board courts. Something for everyone to enjoy. Nice bike path around 30A. Easy bike ride to Seaside.

Quiet beach, shopping nearby and great resaurants. Watch the sunset from the patio and enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. This bottom floor unit has no stairs and is only a 35 yard walk to the beach entrance. We also provide two beach chairs for you to use while visiting.
