We had a sisters trip to 30A. We were very impressed with how clean the condo was when we got there. Kitchen is fully stocked. The views from the balcony are stunning. The beach is so beautiful, white sugar sand and the emerald green clear water. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back next year.We thought ceiling fans would be nice in the bedrooms. My sister suggested a hanging squeegee in the shower for the shower door.

Such a fun girls trip! Beautiful water and we had perfect weather! Will definitely be back! Such a cute place! Just note the beach access is stairs so a beach cart will not work and no fans in the unit. AC worked great just bring a fan if you’re used to fans! Overall we loved it!

Perfect place for weekend getaway

Location was great. Right on the beach. 1.5 miles to seaside foodntrucks amd short drive to the hub. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Definitely would stay here again.

Fabulous

We had a wonderful time at this property. The views from the balcony are spectacular. We loved to walk the beach and swimming in the gulf. We enjoyed seeing dolphins and other sea life. Would definitely love to come back.

Late fall 30a vacation

Enjoyed the condo great location, close to everything we need. Actually, our 3rd stay this condominium complex, our 2nd stay in this particular Unit. We enjoyed it so much really like the new remodel to the condo.

Great stay

We were very happy with the stay. The in and out process were very easy and everything was as expected. My only complaints were the management company reached out a bit too often during my stay wanting feedback and there were so many different communications given for directions that when we had a question we had to check multiple sources for answers.
