The Space:

Baha Mar is a gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with stunning beach views, situated on a direct beach access road. With over 2500 square feet, this house sleeps 16 comfortably. The furnished deck has plenty of room for everyone to watch the action on the beach and relax to the views of the Gulf of Mexico. When you are ready to put your toes in the sand, you are only steps away!

With its bright coastal decor and comfortable furniture, your whole family will be able to enjoy the open great room. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with an extra large refrigerator and regular drip coffee pot, and there is seating for meals and games at the island and the separate dining table. The home also provides a washer and dryer, as well as high speed internet for your convenience.

The primary suite features a king bed and an amazing ensuite bath, as well as a smart TV. Bedroom two has one queen bed, bedroom three has two queens, and bedroom four has two sets of queen over queen built-in bunk beds.

Downstairs you will find ample parking, and room for entertaining with a charcoal barbecue pit. You can use the outdoor sand shower for rinsing off after a day spent at the beach!

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Great stay

House location to the beach was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. There was enough space for four families to stay comfortably without feeling like we were on top of each other. The master bathroom is amazing. We only had one concern about the cleanliness of a shower curtain and the property management was very kind in response.

Great getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and had a lot of space. Great views and just steps to the beach. The house doesn’t have a lot of basic furniture like end tables or a coffee table, but it was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would definitely rent again!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing that we weren’t satisfied with was the lack of furniture. Needs more sitting area in living room and side tables in bedroom.

Location great house was great. The Swedes realty company was not a friendly staff. Swedes makes you pay 159.00 for towels and sheets, the realty company doesn’t tell you that until after you make your first deposit. There are no towels , sheets ( unless you pay their fee), toilet paper. When we arrived the first day there were only nine towels not enough hand towels. The office told me when I called there are enough towels for however many people the property sleeps. This house slept 16… there were 16 in my party. I had to call the realty company for more towels. The house isn’t equipped with a lot of amenities that you will need. There is a three mile drive to the realty office the property that took us an hour to return the keys. Due to horrible traffic. Seriously 1 hour for. 3 mile drive. The paperwork states you can leave the key and you will be charged 15.00. I called en route to the office and they demanded I return the key. I would beware if you see the Swedes Realty office as the property manager.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our one week stay at the beautiful Baha Mar. We will definitely be renting again when we have extra family coming since it sleeps 16 comfortably. The double deck was nice and view of the ocean was amazing!We arrived after hurricane Beryl so the floors were very sandy but assumed it had blown in during the storm. Also, we would have liked to have a place to sit downstairs while cooking and for eating, etc. Overall, we loved our stay and have already recommended to others!
