Un appartement de location de vacances confortable dans un quartier calme à proximité du centre-ville.
L'appartement se trouve à seulement 400 mètres d'un restaurant, d'une épicerie et d'une boulangerie.

L'appartement est de 100 mètres carrés avec deux chambres à coucher, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon, une salle de stockage avec une machine à laver et une salle de bain avec douche. L'appartement est bien organisé et se trouve au rez-de-chaussée avec une entrée privée juste en face de la place de parking. L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un accès Internet sans fil et d'une télévision à écran plat 32 '' avec un lecteur DVD et beaucoup de DVD à choisir.

Beaucoup d'espace pour une famille à étaler et à manger.
L'appartement dispose de 2 chambres chacune avec un lit queen size, mais pour les voyageurs supplémentaires des matelas supplémentaires peuvent être fournis.
Il y a un divan dont les enfants peuvent facilement dormir.

Nous offrons un environnement familial qui s'adresse aux voyageurs qui n'aiment pas les environnements hôteliers froids.



La cuisine est équipée pour cuisiner des plats complets. Il y a une table à manger complète et à la cuisine pour les repas.

Nous avons un parking privé devant l'entrée de l'appartement.

Des serviettes et des draps sont fournis à votre arrivée.

Un magnifique parc se trouve à seulement 200 mètres à pied de l'appartement. Il y a de grandes voies pour les cyclistes et les coureurs. Le parc est également fantastique pour se promener et regarder les oiseaux qui nagent dans l'étang.

Et à quelques minutes de la ville, vous avez toute la grande nature que l'Islande offre.

Wonderful Apartment!

This apartment is perfect. Beautiful and clean and very close to the town center and food shopping. There is a huge outdoor swimming pool with geothermal water for lap swimming just 15 minutes away, right next door to the World Class gym. Very convenient to access so many attractions. The host is wonderful. I highly recommend it!!

Great spot to stay if visiting Reykavik

Great little apartment with its own parking space that was close to a grocery store, downtown Reykavik and just about anywhere we wanted to go. Had a nice kitchen and even a laundry room. Perfect for our four-day stay.

An amazing stay!

Helga’s apartment is beautifully appointed with her art work (paintings). Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, it is about a three mile walk into the heart of downtown. The apartment had everything we needed for a memorable family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The place is beautiful and in a great location. Helga is the best! She was very communicative and helpful answering any questions we had. She added a bed to the place for us that was very nice and got us a reservation at a great restaurant we were unable to get into. One of my favorite VRBOs I have stayed with.

My husband and I brought our boys ages 8 and 12 for their first trip to Iceland. We wanted a great “home base” with all amenities in case we wanted to eat dinner in and regroup after long days. Perfect base for Reykjavik +200 km radius around

As said above, we spent 6 days in Reykjavik, enjoying the city plus visiting all attractions in 200 km radius. It was a perfect place to do this plan. Apartment was very clean, communication was super easy, check-in and out was super easy. We are very pleased with overall experience. For sure a place to stay.

Great short-visit option

We enjoyed the property and the host, who was wonderfully communicative and helpful with advice on places to eat, shop, visit, park, and play. Great location for anyone visiting with a rental car, and some bonus items: 2 bedrooms for visitors is great Laundry to clean wet or dirty clothing is very helpful Off-street parking was nice Really wonderful, tasty food and an incredibly clean country compared to many places in America. Shockingly beautiful geography, and I can’t wait to come back!

I mostly paint with oil and wax and usually its Icelandic landcape which I love, born in Iceland and love the nature here around. You can see my paintings on instagram helga61.

My apartment is very cosy and quiet, but not far away from the center, A little old fashion but I like it, and brings me to the old days when I was growing up. The apartment has everithing you need and the beds are very comfortable.
