Nice apartment for our family of 5 with washing machine and kitchen. Would definitely stay here in future if we come back. Close to downtown and many restaurants and shopping outlets.

The property is located very close to major Reykjavik attractions. It is a nice city apartment. The host is very responsive and has excellent customer service. We had a good experience staying here. Thank you!

Clean and as advertised. Host prompt to respond. I did have a small request for additional toiletries which was not provided. One set of keys to share across 4 people with different schedules. Keys not labeled so initially it’s fun figuring out what key works where.

Our family group of four adults used this location for a several day visit to Iceland. Site was exactly was depicted in advert and presented very clean and ready for use. Kitchen had pretty much anything we needed for meal prep and found the laundry washer easy to use. Enough space in living areas for the evening to spread out and relax. In both bedrooms the duvets were arranged strangely (two twin sizes spread horizontally) but hey, they did the job and were very warm. While located outside of Reykjavik itself, it was only an 8-minute drive to downtown and it suited us just fine. Communication for check-in was excellent and questions regarding the unit were answered quickly. My only criticism was the unavailability of dropping off luggage ahead of check-in so that we could explore the city on our arrival day (vs keeping it in the car). This was declined unless we wanted to spend an additional 100 USD to store it at 1pm vs 3pm check-in time - were told it would have impeded cleaning crew and the monies would be used to provide additional cleaning folk to speed up check-in. We did not need to use the unit, only deposit our luggage in a closet for which we discovered on check-in probably could have been easily been arranged without impacting a cleaning crew but it was what it was. I'd still stay there again, it was more affordable than staying downtown in Reykjavik itself.
