This beautifully remodeled home has the wow factor. Swim in the pool, unwind in the brand new spa, play one of the many games throughout the house, or just relax in the warm desert sun. We have a pool table, corn hole, putting green, and giant connect four just to name a few.

Recently remodeled, everything is brand new in this home including appliances, linens, beds, and furnishings. This home has four beautiful bedrooms and fifth bedroom/media room and two completely remodeled bathrooms. Play a movie in the media room. You won't want to miss your chance to vacation in this home.

Close to the festivals, golf courses and tons of dining options. Experience the Coachella valley at The Zen Den , you wont regret it!

The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and the outdoor patio was amazing - even in the rain. Would stay there again.

Clean, responsive, so many amenities! My kids loved this house so much and the movie room beds were to die for. The hot tub water level got a little low and they sent someone to fix it within an hour or so! Definitely would recommend

Bedrooms were clean. Kitchen amenities were fine. Air-conditioning worked great. Jacuzzi top notch.Two concerns to address. Don’t advertise that you’re 1.5 miles from the Tennis venue when you’re actually 4.5 miles from the venue.Also, don’t say you have almost 7000 ft.². Be accurate and how large the place is as well.

This property is not where it is located on the VRBO map. The homeowners knew that in advanced and never reached out to clarify. They said they would gives us our money back and then deleted our messages. The real location is not in a great place of town. There was also nothing in backyard the mirrored the pictures.

This home was wonderful. Kitchen had everything you would need for indoor and outdoor use. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were clean and stocked! Plenty of soft towels and pool quick dry towels. Outside was where we spent so much time enjoying the back yard. Host was responsive. Washer and dryer was wonderful to have for our week. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Only thing the hot tub needs some work wasn’t super clean, didn’t stop us from using it. We will be staying here again in the future. Pool was perfect temp!!!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. Plenty of room and lots of activities to keep the fun going.The only problem we had were the remote controls for the tv's and fans didnt work in a couple of rooms but it wasn't necessary for us to watch tv and the AC worked well. The beds were super comfortable.

We had a very nice stay at the house. The media room was fun and the house was clean and very comfortable. The only negative really was the neighborhood. We brought our dog and when walking him he was chased by several dogs. WhenBooking maybe warn people to look out for this.

Very great place to escape with the family

Lots of entertainment gor kids and teens! Salt water pool, putting green, billiards table, theater room, board games, 5 Smart TVs and very close to I-10. Stores and restaurants are an easy drive from this place in Indio. 20-30 minutes to the Palm Spring highlights near by. This home is for sale as of now, so things may change some but I can't imagine they'd change too much.

AMAZING PROPERTY!

I just have to start with the BEDS! Literally the most comfortable beds you’ll ever sleep on. I never wanted to get out of bed. The property was amazing and the host was quick at responding about any questions. It’s the perfect place for people of all age ranges. The pool was great for everyone. Our little ones loved the large connect 4 and mini golf. The teenagers adults loved the pool table and we all lost our husbands to the movie room because they were able to cast the baseball game/UFC fights on there. The kids loved it at night. Nobody wanted to leave the next day. I’m looking forward to renting here again and have recommended it to so many people already!

Sheets in three bed room had white stains on them, went to strip sheets and the sheets beneath had even larger brown and yellow stains. Went to wash sheets and there wasn’t much detergent in the house. Shower didn’t drain water properly. Wanted to use hot tub at night and the lights did not work, the water was bubbling and had an awful smell. Checked the water the next day and it was green. The property has a lot of potential for a good stay but needs property maintenance and cleanup.

family summer trip

the pool table was broken and couldn't be used. the hot tub was not working properly, and we didn't get to use it while there for 3 days even though some one came and tried to fix it. we found a lot of hair between "clean" towels. when arrived at the property we realized there were no toilet papers in any of two bathrooms. juts one half role in one of them.

Overall It Worked

There were a few things broken that he'd said they fixed but didn't. The fridge door was not closing properly. The garbage was broken and the pool table pockets kept falling down when we were playing. There aren't any closets, so we didn't have any place to hang our clothes. It is as pictured but is super small and not very spacious. We did love all the games out doors and the pool and hit tub were a godsend after our games for our sore muscles.
