Come enjoy one of Port Aransas's best hidden gems! Newly remodeled one bedroom condo located in town. The courtyard style setup offers a spacious pool in the center of the complex. Come relax! Cute, cozy, comfortable, convenient, clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Courtyard 220 for the first time in April, during SandFest. It was a perfect location for us! So close to the beach and parking with beach shuttle, and easy to get in and out of for exploring the rest of town. The accommodations were perfect for us. A great kitchen area with all of the basics, a very nice pool, and overall a quiet and comfortable property. It was even better than the photos and descriptions! The managers were super, accommodating and helpful. We will be back. :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely LOVE this property! It's the perfect size for the two of us—cozy, super clean, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to prep our own meals and save a bit on dining out.The location couldn't be better—just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and right across the street from the SandFest shuttle, which made getting around a breeze. Even though it's so conveniently located, the property itself is peaceful and quiet.The pool was a wonderful bonus. We’re usually not big on pools, but we actually found ourselves using it and loving it!We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend for couples or solo travelers looking for a charming, well-located spot in Port Aransas.
