Good space

The cottage had good space for sleeping. There was a plumbing issue and the owner was contacted on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. He immediately came to see what the issue was and worked on correcting the problem.

The house is absolutely amazing and you literally need nothing but your suitcase. We had such an incredible time and are already talking about coming back for a longer stay!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!!!!

Best in Edinboro for a large family gathering

Wonderful to have enough room (beds) and amenities for our family to come for a visit to Edinboro! Home is comfortable and well appointed. Only change we would ask is to secure the bunk beds so they are not so noisy. Thanks for a great stay!

very nice property. very clean. wish they had more channels available and also that the yard was cleaned up of leaves and pine needles because it was wet and got tracked in the house so i had to clean everday

Great Location!

We had a fantastic stay over Thanksgiving with 4 adults, 5 kids and a dog. The location was absolutely perfect. The park across the road was used for HOURS each day by the kids, the streets were super quiet so we didn’t have to worry about a ball flying into the road. The adults that didn’t want to brave the cold could watch the games from the living room and not miss out. Local amenities were very convenient and within a 5-10 minute drive. The house was very clean and decorated for fall and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a family or two families.

Bike Weekend

Absolutely perfect for our group of 9! This is our third time staying in Edinboro for a bike weekend, this was by far the nicest & roomiest with a beautiful kitchen & a fire pit! Fantastic stay! Will be back & thank you for the stay!

Great family vacation

We rented this property for our daughters graduation from Allegheny College. We loved the cottage and the community was so friendly. We enjoyed having space to spread out inside and the two and half baths were helpful. Great property, would rent again.

Wonderful Stay

A small group of men from our church went fishing in Erie. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. Will plan on staying there again on our next outing to the Erie area.
