Step into the serene world of Perdido Dunes Tower 1, a stunning, newly constructed 4-bedroom, 3-bath condo that combines luxury with the comforting sounds of the Gulf waves. Located on the second floor of a low-density complex in Orange Beach, this condo offers breathtaking views of the sandy white beaches and the expansive Gulf of Mexico, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable vacation.

The spacious Primary suite is a private retreat featuring a King bed, a flat-screen TV, direct balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom, creating a peaceful haven for relaxation. The second bedroom offers a beach view with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bathroom, affording guests comfort and privacy. The third bedroom features a beach view with a King bed, and the fourth features two Double-sized beds. The property is nice and as described. The beach is beautiful and well taken care of. We enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying again. The parking is alittle odd, they are very serious about where you need to park. The only complaint I would have would be there is not enough sitting for eating or on the balcony. Otherwise it’s a perfect rental for a large group/family.

We had our family of 4, plus 4 grandparents with us. We had the absolute best time. There are a couple every day conveniences that the unit didn't have, but they weren't anything to be upset about. The unit (1W) is so spacious and beautiful. I don't think the photos even do the view and location justice. It's just so, so great. We would 100% stay here again, and I would even rent another unit in this location and bring more family along! We had 2 vehicles, and I was so thankful to get 2 parking passes. Parking was tight in the main spot for the unit, but we never had any problem at all. One thing that could have been explained better at check in was where our 2nd car could be parked. But, I called security and they explained where we could park, and were very helpful and kind. The pool was wonderful, and always in the shade in the afternoon, which made for super comfortable play time for the kids. We absolutely loved our stay, and are already ready to come back!

I came to Gulf Shores to celebrate my 60th birthday with girlfriends. The condo was perfect for our needs with beautiful view of the ocean.

Beautiful

The only complaint I have is we were not notified of a maintenance visit and they entered our room while we were out,all of our personal items were easily available,was not at all happy about that.

Lovely place

Over all we enjoyed our stay here. The one and only thing I would have changed was the dining/seating. Not very kid friendly but they sat on the floor with towels and all was well. Could also use some stools for the bar. The rooms were spacious, very accomodating property. The keypad lock battery died and we were locked out for a brief period, but contacting host was easy and they were super fast!

This place is absolutely stunning! You have a lot of room!! You’re on the first floor so if you need too you can take stairs! Only issue we had was parking. I was able to get two parking passes. You have assigned parking spots. The one for this room was WAY too small for a truck. It probably could only fit a small car. Other than that it was beautiful!

The two pros to this condo are its size and cleanliness.The cons are no patio furniture if you enjoy coffee or beverages on the balcony. There’s literally two chairs for a large family. There’s not many cooking pots and pans at all, and the stove is below average in heating.There’s a sectional that seats maybe six comfortably, but no recliners or ottomans. Not comfortable or relaxing. The parking is AWFUL. Please know you’ll be allowed 2 passes (one of which you pay extra for), and your vehicle will barely squeeze into the spot you pay dearly for. The building needs major updates.The pool was closed for two full days of our stay because in the middle of peak season (instead of down time), they decided to paint the deck without informing everyone till after the fact. Just pay the extra and go somewhere else, unless none of this matters to you. Thankfully, we made the best of it.We’ve stayed all over Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Perdido, etc. This was the worst. Sorry. Hope it improves!

Inaccurate amenities

I spent much of my vacation time complaining to people who wouldn’t give me someone to talk to or acknowledge that there was a problem. The property listed a hot tub, a sauna, a playground, tennis courts, bbq grills, etc. I PAID for those amenities and it had NONE of those I just listed. The gym was not accessible because they were building a sauna. I feel that I got scammed and I will never use Vrbo again!!!!

For an older property the unit was very nice and modern. The parking is a joke. You only receive one pass with your reservation. You can purchase another but what they poorly explain it’s first come first serve. They will tow or boot your vehicle if you park in the wrong spot. Our condo only had 1 spot numbered.
