Comfort and simplicity await you at Amber Waves, a 3rd floor oceanfront condo at Sea Oats Villas centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. Start each day on the east-facing covered deck with coffee and majestic ocean views! Located at milepost 7.5, you're right in the heart of all there is to do and see, including restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and more.
Feel the sand between your toes and soak up the sun after a short stroll down the boarded walkway. The beauty of the Atlantic Ocean is sure to relieve you of every worry! Relax your way at the oceanfront community pool.
Pack a little lighter with complimentary bed and bath linens.
The 18x34 community pool is open from 4/19/25-10/17/25 from 9 AM to dusk. Also enjoy the community park grill and coin-operated laundry, located on the lower level of the building.

Kitchen, dining area, living area, queen en suite with a 32" TV and a private bath, bedroom with 2 twins and a 32" TV, full hall bath.
