Modern two bedroom one bath loft within eyesight of the downtown train depot and event center in Carrollton! Enjoy your event at the depot or an evening on the town⊠Adamson Square is literally right there! Across the road is a rail-car repair yard that could provide some unique views. Adjacent to this loft is an identical modern building on one side, and on the other side is a mechanic shop⊠This all creates a very modern industrial luxury environment!
No Garage Access. No Main Floor Access. The entire place is yours for the stay but you will not have access to the garage. The owner uses the garage floor for personal and private storage. The entire living space is upstairs and you will have exclusive access to all of the living space. You will be the only ones on the property. The owner does not live on site.
You get the entire 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 1053sqft loft! No access to the first floor garage. You have to go up a flight of stairs for your stay.
