Shoreline Escape

This newly renovated home sits on Shoreline Drive, directly across from the playground at the popular Shoreline Park. Minutes away from the Santa Barbara harbor, Funk Zone, and State Street, this home provides the perfect location for your beach escape with your family and friends.
The space
Single story, 3 bedroom, 1 bath home. Queen bed room 1, King bed room 2, bunk beds twin over full room 3. Bathroom has glass shower doors and a bath tub. Front room has a large seating area, TV, and French Doors that open to a view of Shoreline Park. The backyard has an outdoor seating area, propane BBQ, propane fire pit, and a hot tub that seats up to 4 people. The home has a 220V EV charger on the side of the garage. Tesla charging cord available if needed.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, front yard, back yard and garage. There is one lock-out closet in the hallway for our housekeepers to store supplies.
Other things to note
We have 2 exterior Ring cameras. One is over the front door. The second captures the back patio area. Please be advised that while the camera is in no way aimed at the hot tub, the hot tub is in view in the lower corner of the frame. The security cameras are there to keep our guests safe and to protect the property owner. The owner needs to be able to monitor the patio area, fire pit, BBQ and hot tub in the event of any incident or accident.

Our hot tub maintenance man and gardeners come every Tuesday between the hours of 10:00am - 4:00pm. They will access the hot tub and back yard through the side yard gate. Please be kind if you see them. They will respect your privacy and complete their jobs quickly and with as little interruption as possible.
